Buying experience is good. But take into consideration that once you leave with brand new buggy they could care less. Service department is garbage! Warranty work is unheard of. Everything is lack of maintenance or something you did and is chargeable. I recommend Ross Motorsports. The couple of times I went very helpful. I have purchased with them before just was in hurry on last purchase and didn't wait for the right the color.

I couldn’t find the motorcycle that I wanted shopping online …. No motorcycle dealership had one in stock. I went to a Honda dealer near me, though they said that they could put me on a waiting list….the salesman did not make me feel comfortable and couldn’t run out of there fast enough.

Bought a 2020 CRF 150r from Cycle shack north for my son for Christmas. When the driver dropped it off I wasn't home and my older son took possession. The delivery driver couldn't get the bike to start and left my son with a non running bike. This bike takes a good 30-40 mins go get it to fire if at all. When I called the service department to ask about getting it picked up and looked at I was informed by Cody that the hike would most likely need a bigger pilot jet to run properly and that I would have to bring the bike back and pay for a repair. Jacob was a great salesman and arguably the best sales experience I’ve ever had. Certain bikes sell themselves but Jacob worked with every concern I had and made the process smooth and simple. I recently purchased my seventh bike (first Honda), from this dealership. It was a very easy sale for my salesman, as I knew what exactly I wanted, and paid in full on the spot. Some "hiccups" (delays/vehicle preparation/etc.) with the sale encounter. No harm/no foul, as I was completely satisfied with the bike. This review is directed to their service department, and will hopefully invoke a revision in their definition of "service." At minimum, may it provide any future consumer with a pause, and consideration of taking their hard-earned dollars elsewhere.

This place is awesome! I recently got my first bike here!! :) The service was the absolute best part! Taylor who was my salesman seemed to know every little detail about everything. The guys in the back (Chandler & Todd) helped me load everything up. I appreciated how carful they were too! I don’t normally post reviews, but these guys were so good I even had to get their names ! I had purchased a Honda ATV from here many years ago and was satisfied. Recently went looking for a dirt bike for my son and the salesman Jacob was very helpful and knowledgeable. I will definitely buy my next bike from Cycle Shack North. You guys are not taking advantage of your customers with ridiculous "dealer prep" fees or absurd freight charges like many of the Honda dealers in Houston are doing. We all know there are supply chain issues, but that does not mean a dealer should take advantage of their customers. You guys are treating your customers fairly and I won't forget when I make my next

I am unfortunately having to update my review to reflect that the service level I recently experienced at the parts counter was unacceptable and thus my previous 5-star rating for Cycle Shack North is no longer valid. It was bad enough that I will no longer do any parts or supplies business with Cycle Shack North. I ordered one OEM motorcycle part. The order was accepted as usual. I was left with the impression that the item I ordered was available. When I did not hear from the parts counter for twice as long as the usual timing, I called and was told that the part was unavailable. Apparently

I've bought 2 bikes from them in the past. But the last time I tried to do business with them the used salesman Greg Moody was extremely rude. He actually cut me off mid sentence when I tried to negotiate on a used bike. He hadn't even heard my offer yet. While I might go back in the future, I will never do business with Greg again.

I have a new 2013 Honda CBR500RA ABS and brought my bike to Cycle Shack North for the 600 mile oil change and valve check. The valve check is a very labor intensive, involved service that I was hesitant to entrust to the shop where I had originally purchased my bike: Stubbs Honda off of Telephone Road and 610 in Houston. Number one it is way too far from where I live in The Woodlands. Number two most of their staff have a bad attitude and the finance manager should be investigated for fraudulent business practices. But I digress....
