Unprofessional. Don't do business with these people. Husband attempted to get financed and the people stopped answering his phone calls all yesterday so I called today from my phone and they answered before the 3rd ring then proceeded to call my significant other back and cussed him out and said to not call them again. There was no attempts for them to communicate anything with us.
If I could give this place 0 stars I definitely would.

Another great experience with Ogden. My wife and I traded in our 2 seater Canam for this beautiful 5 seater and we couldn’t be happier with our decision. The timing was perfect and we knew that the staff at Ogden would do whatever they could to get us the best deal. They make us feel at home each time and never pressure us to purchase something just so they can get a sale like most dealers. Very knowledgeable on their atv/side by sides if you have any questions. I had an issue on my side by side after being negligent, called them and they helped even after the sale. Best prices by far, i highly recommend this place for anyone looking to buy an atv or side by side.

I had a wonderful experience here. I came in looking for a new toy, the sales staff was very helpful and welcoming. The owner jumped in to the mix and gave me a ton of information on the different machines I was looking at, everyone was very knowledgeable and friendly. I bought my 2020 KRX 1000 from them, and the process was smooth and easy, BUT I was lied to. I was told that it would take a minute for it to be ready as they were replacing the brake pads for me. I sat for 45 minutes, went out and left with the bike. Got home and the rear brake pads are basically gone. Very unprofessional, but since I signed the paper that says “sold as is” nothing I can do about it. Edit: I spoke with the guys at Ogden AFTER posting this. My son recently bought a used Kawasaki Teryx, great shape, lots of fun.
We had a mechanical issue, I transported the unit back to the dealer (from Victoria). The sales guy and service guys were great, had an answer by end of the day, a faulty fuel pump was to blame, got parts on order, very satisfied with response and action to repair, would definitely recommend to others to buy here
