I've been getting my regular "maintenance" at one medical spa for about 3 years now. The facility is clean, the prices are reasonable, but most importantly the service is phenomenal. Scheduling is easy and I've always been happy with the treatments received.
I made the mistake early on with a different doctor (Dr. Nowak) in Chula Vista and was sorely disappointed. The procedure at that other place permanently scarred my face. I had a difficult time trusting after that.
Dr. Girgis is awesome. Him and his wife have put me at ease and taken care of my skin care needs. So glad

For laser hair removal I have been going with Tara she is amazing. She has been so sweet and informative through out the whole process. I also have a membership for facials. I have had the best experience with Claudia she works her magic on my skin and it's showing. From hydro facials to peels she explains everything in detail of what your skin needs. She also has recommended a skin

Rafi delivered everything I wanted. Most importantly, I left the salon feeling confident and beautiful like the woman I am.
I had come to Rafi for a color correction after my a previous stylist botched my beautiful hair from simply not caring enough.
I am loyal to my stylists & my previous stylist I had for 4 years put my hair thru the ringer & she simply gave up.
My hair needed TLC (thick, fried, damaged from previous bleaching, and turned back to black, with more bleaching). I came to Rafi with a challenge and he was able to give me an excellent makeover that makes me feel confident

DO NOT get your hair done with the stylist named Rafi. I usually go to Gila Rut to get my hair done but since they had to change a few rules because of Covid-19 I decided to try out this salon since my mom recommended it and she had her hair done with Ravi before. I went in knowing that I wanted a short cut and a balayage. When I told him what I wanted and he kind of shrugged off everything I said and said he was going to surprise me and give me what fit my skin tone, so I fully trusted him and was super disappointed. A highly recommended salon. I'm glad I found One Salon on Yelp. I had just moved here and was in need of a hairstylist. The salon itself is very clean and inviting. Andee did a great job and knows what she is doing. My hair had all kinds of things going on from different hair color tones to damaged hair. She was able to restore my hair and make it look pretty again. Happy customer here and it was husband approved!

I started going here for laser hair removal treatments with Tara and she is the best. She makes you feel comfortable and talks you through the process along the way. This salon is very clean and sanitary. I came from a different salon and kept getting canceled on 3 times in a row and that hasn't happened once here. So glad I found such a great place and less than 10 minutes away from home!

I've never been to this med spa. But I'm experienced at botox fillers and such. I called to make an appt. Fist the coupon on yelp doesnt apply toward med spa. The cost is much higher than other med spas. I could go to Del Mar and get it for half the cost at a place with an ocean front view and amazing service. If you have the money to shell out go for it. But I'll be taking my regular income self to the fancy spas in Del Mar to get a better deal. Who would have thought.

This salon is a San Diego gem. If you're looking for the newest techniques, hottest trends and best hair colorist, it is Rafi at One Salon. Lucky for me, I was introduced to Rafi several years ago. There really is no one like him. I've gone from brown to blonde, blonde to brown and back again. He is an expert in all things hair. The new location is BEAUTIFUL and super clean with a bright, open atmosphere. San Diego and Chula Vista are lucky to have this salon nearby!

I am absolutely speechless with the results I received from Rafi K. at One Medical Spa and Salon. I initially came with natural dark brown hair, with damaged ends from previous dye, and my hair was in need of an ultimate transformation. I have been been to several stylists in the past, and have been "blonde" (more brassy than anything) before, but nothing compares to the transformation that Rafi had given me today. In just one session, I was able to go as light as I have ever been with so much dimension and the blending in my roots is absolutely seamless. I went with an ashy silver blonde

I want to start this post by saying that I am undoubtedly one of the hardest patients to please and make happy. I'm sure those that remember me from the day I was there will agree ; ) well I know what I want and I'm very picky when it comes to the look that I would like to maintain. I give One Medical Spa a big hi five for taking my expectations and superseding them. I want everyone to know that you're doing yourself a disservice by not receiving your cosmetic procedures here. I had my lips and Botox here. I’m going to put it out there. I was going somewhere else near by for 2.5 years for these services. I was never 100% satisfied and the place I was going to, made me feel that I would never be totally happy because my desired look was never achieved. I finally convinced myself wasn’t possible. One day on a whim I made an appointment just to gather more information. I left there with new lips and Botox and a new whole me! Confidence I haven’t felt since my twenties!!! Thank you Dr. G!!

Andee is an amazing hair stylist! I was her client at her former salon where she took me from almost black to blonde. I'm still truly shocked that she actually was able to get all the dark dye out of my hair without damage and within a relatively short amount of time.
I thought Chula Vista was too far for me so when she moved to this salon, I stayed at the old one. Well joke is on me because once again when I had a hair emergency who pulls through, Andee! She literally fit me in with much less than 24 hours notice, on a day she normally doesn't work. If that's not great service

I’m thrilled One Medical Spa and Hair Salon has opened right here in Eastlake.
Both the hair salon and Med Spa are beautiful and super clean.
Yvonne is so skilled and does wonders with my problematic hair. She really cares about her clients and wants them to look and feel their best.
The Medical Spa’s fantastic lasers are the latest in technology. Laser hair removal treatments are now virtually painless and offer better results than lasers from the past. It’s honestly like night and day! Both Tarah and Drea give excellent treatments.

This place is gorgeous and the staff is very friendly. Expect to be greeted with a smile. Dr Girgis is professional, kind and a perfectionist (which you totally want at a medical spa!!) I can't say enough about this place! From the moment I walked in the door they were so wonderful. I was so nervous going for my first Botox treatment. Tarah was very reassuring that everything was going to be fine. Dr. Girgis was very patient with me and very gentle. He answered all my questions and never made me feel rushed.

I had my lips done by the very nice doctor here Dr. Girgis. He spent nearly 30 minutes going over my options and doing an assessment on me. I have never felt so comfortable in a doctor’s appointment ever. He was so kind and patient and listened to all of my concerns. I can say with confidence that he’s the best in the county. Love my lips. Can’t wait to go get Coolsculpting next week.

The ambiance is BEAUTIFUL and clean! I love cleanliness. I booked a hydrafacial and did not expect their service to be above and beyond. I absolutely loved my treatment and the caviar mask my esthetician Manaz has put on my face after the hydrafacial. Their products are all top of the line as well. I'm very picky when it comes to my face and have been to several estheticians. I'm so happy I finally found one
