I cannot say enough about Dimino Pest Control. Sal has literally resolved some issues that other companies have attempted to resolve for many years. Tp say Sal goes above and beyond is an understatement! Sal and his team are professional, experts in the field, respectful, and "listens"....Listens you may ask? I would NEVER recommend this company. I am selling my home and the buyers through their agent requested that a termite inspection be done. However, it was never officially scheduled and I was never told the company would be coming over. NO ONE knocked on my door and instead entered my backyard WITHOUT permission at 7:30 AM. I was sleeping and the next thing I know a guy beamed a huge headlight directly into my bedroom window and was fiddling around with something outside my bedroom window on the ground. I can’t express to you how grateful I am for Sal and his business . I think you can only understand if you had a issue with bugs that made you feel so uncomfortable in your own house. Not only did he fix the problem he went above and beyond to make sure that my apartment was going to feel like a home again. He even explained places where I didn’t know bugs can get in like the fireplace.Sal has completely rid my boyfriends town house of of an issue a few months before and I knew that I was in excellent hands. If I could give 100 stars I would!
