They come out every month. Each time they asked if we have had any specific issues they should address. This month our technician Tony McCray asked and they went out to do the work. He came back and told us what he found and recommended additional work. With that he went out and completed his follow up. This is great to have such services that adjust and watch out for our needs

Rick serviced my home and was very knowledgeable and helpful. Excellent! I was uncertain when I first signed up with Aruza because their focus is so much different from companies I’d used in southwest Florida where the bulk of the attention is inside the house, rather than outside. But I’ve been a customer for over 9 months now and have had no bug problems at all.

The technician named Mathew did a wonderful job. He took the time to listen to what I have seen and knew how to treat the pest. He was quick and efficient. I gave them a 5 star because they did what I asked them to do in a timely manner. I will definitely use them again quarterly.

We have been using Aruza Pest Control for over 2 years now and have been very happy with all their services. I recently saw a black widow spider on my porch and called Aruza to voice my concerns. Very good about rescheduling for when I will be home. Also very good about coming back out for no additional charge if I feel something was missed. No matter who comes out the service is always excellent and I’ve seen a significant decrease in ants & spiders. Much better than the pest control service I had before. Evan was my technician today and he was very knowledgeable in spite of being new to the company

I bought a package and I dont know if it gets more effective with time or what but I had spiders and ants back within DAYS of the service. I HAVE emailed twice and NO ONE has responded. IF you are offered the yearly service say NO and go buy the stuff you been using from walmart, I am going to attempt to cancel AND reporting to the BBB. I HATE giving negative reviews but I dont have money to spend on something that didnt work and NO ONE stepped up to correct it. Maybe NOW someone will check for my emails and correspond with me!!

I honestly can not stress enough that you should go with another service provider. When you sign onto their plan, there is a long list of promises that are made, and they charge you a very hefty start up fee. However, even that first service the tech showed up not even knowing what he was expected to do. He sprayed around the outside. None of the other things were done. I had also paid an extra $45 for a specialized mosquito treatment which also wasn't done. When I asked him if he was going to be doing the other things- he said he had no idea he was supposed to be doing them and that he Would

Highly recommend Aruza! I moved to a new home about 2 months ago and arranged for Aruza to remove some really large wasp nests along with their other services. They have been absolutely incredible in getting the wasps to leave as well as keeping other pesky critters at bay. The technicians I have met have been incredibly kind and professional. In addition to their regular services they'll also come out if I'm having additional pest issues. We live next to a creek and lots of woods so pests are very present. With Aruza, the pests stay in their homes and stay out of ours. Thank you Aruza

Called these people for a one time preventive treatment, spray and termite inspection, bait box service and they turned me down flat! I understand the bulk of their revenue comes from service plans, but to turn down business especially in this time of the virus is unabashedly arrogant and short sighted!! Basically, no, I'm not interested in $100-150 or so to come out to your home. I'll only come if I can bilk u for hundreds of dollars for services u don't really need right now. I have been using Aruza for the last two years? And I can not say enough great things about them. Just recently they had came out to do the annual spray and we had all that rain which drove the ants to different locations. A call to Aruza and Kaleb, our tech came out and took care of the problem. Aruza sent another service tech to my home to check and see what they could do to better control the situation with the pest control. The tech and I discussed the issues I have been having and what he would do to make it better. He ended up treating my home, focusing on our conversation about what my expectations are and what he could do, I do feel that he went over and beyond to make right the situation. So I hope that this time around does the trick.
