I was absolutely taken back by the down home small business here at the Crosby Square laundromat. The owner Jackie and her assistant Jenny give the customer the attention that is now lost - non-existent now a days. I take a 20 min. This place is very clean, well organized, and the owner respectful and caring, as well as the other staff; they treat you as if family.

Jacquie was simply amazing! Pickup at a moment’s notice and dropped back off less than 24 hrs later. Heavy blood stains out of my shirt, even the washed and dried in ones gone. They even took the liberty of sorting my workout leggings from my crummy lounge leggings 🤣. Super impressed by the attention to detail, friendliness and turn around time. I would highly recommend giving them a try.

I used Crosby Square Coin Laundry while I was staying in San Diego for a biz conference. They picked up and dropped off my laundry within 24 hours. Very reasonable rates and communicative!
Items came back fresh, organized and folded nicely. Everything was arranged over the phone and I didn't have to do anything other than drop-off and pick-up the laundry with my hotel front desk.

My laundry was picked up yesterday and delivered to me the same time exactly next day. They also offered same day delivery and service but i was in no rush. Clothes smelled fresh and was folded and looks to me also sealed in a bag when i received my clothes back. Professionals nothing more to say. Easy, and Fast at a great price.

Great service wash and fold. The self- services is great quality. The clothes are really clean. The dryer are super hot. They varies sizes in washers and dryers. I was able to wash 2 of my jumbo size comforters . It convenient next to food places. Down side there is no public restroom. We had to go next door. The Staff there is on sight and helpful. Will return again.
