This cleaners is outstanding! They did such an amazing job on my dress. I've spent months trying to remove a stain and they were finally able to remove it! It was also super easy to keep track of my clothes, I was notified when my clothes were ready and out for delivery. The prices were great especially for the work they did. Will definitely continue to use this service.

Tops Valet is amazing, a friend introduced me to them, and they are better than I expected, their prices are almost the same as my last place. And on top of that, their customer service is great, I haven't had a problem with them and they always deliver my clothes looking much nicer. They are great at what they do and I would highly recommend them.

Watch out! I waited a while to write this hoping that the owner Myers was going to come through. I had a $1500 suit that he manage to loose the pants. Never found. The suit was useless. For a year, the owner pretended that he was going to cover my cost of the suit including giving me bogus insurance papers for the claim. Then he stopped responding to my calls and emails. Unfortunately, Tops Valet does not have a physical address. The owner goes up and down office buildings picking up dry cleaning. This company is obviously run unethically. Hands down the BEST dry cleaners I've ever experienced!! Meyer is very professional and delivers customer service like nothing I've experienced! Pickup and delivery are always on time and clothes are perfectly dry cleaned!!! I've even used their laundry service from time to time which is also amazing! Another amazing thing about them is their honesty. My husband accidentally left a gift card with a large sum of money in his work pocket and we were contacted the following day and Meyer made an extra trip to deliver our card. We had thought the card was just lost and were blown away

They are quick. Had my clothes back to me in only day. One of my bags of laundry was still damp though. I have a few delicates bags which remained closed and they never folded. The clothes inside were still damp and wrinkly.
I also had some blankets my dogs use and asked that they use strong detergent because the blankets smell doggie. The blankets came back with the same scent (which was no scent) as the rest of the laundry.
Be very specific if you go there. Maybe write what you want on the bill.

This service is awesome, as are the employees. I recently moved and had a ton of laundry piled up that I didn't have time to do. I was happy to find a service that picks it up, weighs it right there, washes it and returns it the next day. It was folded perfectly or on hangers and smelled wonderful. There was excellent communication, I knew when to expect them to pick up and deliver. For those who do not enjoy doing laundry or are just overwhelmed, this is a great service to use. I highly recommend!

This is the third time our washer has gone out this year, and the second time we have used Tops. I have used another service and they were less friendly and communicative, as well as double the price!! Mark came and picked up our laundry at 1:30 as promised and had it all back perfectly folded and hung by 4:30. It was affordable, and Mark was very friendly and professional. I will continue to use Tops in the future and will recommend them to everyone :) thanks Tops!!

5 stars just isn't good enough. The service was extremely efficient, made sure to accommodate me in any way they could, and tried to figure out who I was so that they could provide better service next time. I have used Tops for dry cleaning before interviews and for laundry when my washer machine broke. There isn't a service out there that is better. Thank you Tops!

It bums me out that I can't give them more than five stars! I called Meyer on a Friday afternoon at 2:30 (I wasn't even a returning customer) and he was at my place in 30 minutes. 3 hours later I had all 30 pounds of my clothes clean, folded, hung up, and at my door. The most incredible part is, Comic Con was going on and Meyer had two vans stuck in traffic downtown. Instead of saying "sorry we can't get to you" he drove to my house in his own car to pick my stuff up and drop it off. He truly cares about his customers, and I can't recommend him enough. 10/10 will use

I'd give them 6 stars if I could. Wonderful responsive service! I called this morning, had a pick up a few hours later, and had my laundry returned later this evening perfectly clean and folded. They truly wowed me! They actually texted me regarding a blanket that didn't have care instructions to make sure they didn't damage it!
It isn't as cheap as doing it yourself (duh), but it cost me just as much as I was paying the place down the street and that place didn't offer delivery or same day service.
If Tops keeps up this level of service, I will be a loyal lifelong customer

I got there laundry service which is $2.50/lb worth every penny if you are too busy or just too lazy haha they pick it up in am and bring it back to u whenever your home in the evening. From cleaning it super well to even folding it and bring it back to your front door where they got it from, it is worth $2.50/lb and the excellent customer service just tops it off

I was really excited to find this service for when I was in San Diego. In general the customer service is very good. Meyer is very responsive with concerns, and the price is reasonable. They are on time, and get the job done. However, I had a couple of issues:
1. I specifically asked for no fabric softener (including talking to Meyer a couple times). This is due to a health issue I have, and the reason I was using Tops and not the laundry machine where I was staying. Unfortunately, this was used twice, and all of my clothes came back with a fragrance. Meyer was apologetic and gave me a partial

I love Meyer and his daughter and all the staff that does my clothes :) I found Tops on Yelp, because my back had been out for weeks and the laudry was adding up.
The initally weight was 77lbs!! holy crapy, but seriously thinking of all the energy and money and time I put into going back and forth to the one washer/dryer I have at the house and share with neighbors is more then worth it. I paid $149 and change, and that was with using my $50 coupon that I paid $30 for. All my laundry came back nice and clean and folded. I told them they could fold everything, but they took the extra step

Doing laundry sucks, especially when you have to carry it up and down 2 flights of stairs. I decided to try out this door to door service and I'm glad I did. What a relief!
They came, weighed my clothes (you pay by the pound), and whisked them away. The following afternoon they returned with my clean, folded clothing. All I had to do was put them away! It was awesome!

The laundry room at my apartment complex is in another building way on the other side of the complex, and it's always a hassle to deal with dryers that don't dry, washers that have someone else's clothes sitting in them, and poor laundry etiquette of the other people who use the laundry room. Because i hate dealing with this so much, I was letting my laundry pile up instead of dealing with it every week. Ignoring dirty laundry will not make it go away, and there's only so long you can go with just buying more and more clothes...
