Abbott's Auto is my "go-to" for oil changes and auto maintenance! They are professional and knowledgeable.
I have taken my vehicle so many places where "upselling" is required and they pressure you to buy additional services. Not at Abbott's! They can be trusted. If they tell me my car needs something, I believe it. No one wants to be "sold" but I value a genuine recommendation when my car truly needs something.

This was my first visit and I am very pleased. My car needed the turn signal bulbs replaced, so nothing terribly taxing, but a good initial check of their operation. The repair was fast and done right. The people were very nice and knowledgeable. I'll be going back for my automotive repairs in the future.

Once again they did an amazing job! Professional and courteous. Both times I used them they were able to save me some money and the final bill was considerably less than the original quoted price. Work was very thorough and accurate. Definitely would use them again.

My car stalled on me on 378 on Sunday. I dropped my car off late Tuesday, they had it fixed by Thursday. We even got a discount! Very thorough, called before fixing anything to give us the price. I highly recommend them, I can see why they have 5 stars! My only downfall is that they aren't open on weekends, but they deserve time off!

I needed some repairs done and it was late in the afternoon. After being turned down by two other shops, a friend suggested that I call Eric at Abbott's. Eric was super friendly and told me to come on over. They completed my repairs in about 30 minutes and I was on my way. I will definitely be taking all three of my vehicles here for service from now on. Thanks for helping me out when no one else would!

I paid $471 for a starter for my sister's car. Some of that money was for a door handle repair. The reality was that it wasn't he starter and now since working on the door handle, the glass is now off track and the inside panel wasn't put back on properly; I can feel the cold wind rushing into the vehicle. They knew when I left that it wasn't he starter because she had to pick it up from there to take it to another shop but they certainly didn't offer to give me my money back.

I cannot say enough good things about Rob Abbott and his crew. I discovered this shop last year, and they've helped me with everything from simple oil changes to a melting radiator.
Most recently, I had a cascade of issues with my old Chrysler. Since Abbott's is closed on the weekend, I took it to another mainstream shop to get an estimate. That estimate was... hefty. On Monday I immediately took my vehicle over to Abbott's. They actually found even more issues with the vehicle, but were able to make all the necessary repairs for hundreds of dollars less.
