Had a recent visit, was highly impressed with the office staff, and even more impressed with Dr. Grissom. Being a diabetic, I require a more extensive exam. Not only was he super nice, he showed me pictures and explained everything in a way I could understand. Highly recommend if you are looking for an eye doctor to visit Dr. Grissom

If i could give 0 stars i would!!! i do not recommend going here! The only person that was even nice was the front lady. I went in today to get my glasses and to get another exam done because they needed it. I had my SERVICE DOG with me for obvious reasons. I was waiting there for 30mins for this exam when one of the ladies come over and began to be rude telling me i’m going to have to reschedule or do something with my dog. mind you i’m 18 and my parents are at work and my service dog is to be with me at all times. i kindly told her she’s my registered service dog and i have my tags if she

I was just at the eye doctor on April 30 and the staff is wonderful. They are very helpful and knowledgeable. Becky takes the time to help you pick out your glasses and gives you an honest opinion on how they look. Dr. Sanderson is very patient and makes sure that you are doing well. I have been going to Bedford Vision for at least ten years and have always had excellent service. I have see all three of the doctors and was always treated with great respect. They were friendly and professional. All of the office staff seemed well trained and tried hard to meet your needs. The optical department was wonderful. They took time when they were busy tofind me the right frames. They were very helpful without making me feel rushed. I have had many compliments on my frames. I tell everyone to go to Bedford Vision for all their eye care needs. I would give the 10 stars if possible!

Had an eye appointment on 4/2, over 800.00 out of pocket, still don't have glasses I can see out of. I wasn't notified when my glasses were ready, neither was I notified when the lenses they had to remake were ready. They said they had a wrong number but they had a correct work number. Spent way too much time there on my appointments, 3 hours the last time, really don't want to go back. Can't see out of my glasses so I have no choice. Would honestly like my $ back to go elsewhere.
