My partner had an appointment with Dr. McClain today, and apparently this clinic has decided to disregard CDC guidelines on mask-wearing. Not a single one of staff, including the doctor, had a mask on. This facility should be disgusted with themselves, especially as healthcare providers, to completely ignore the recommendations from the CDC that have been proven to keep patients safe. Their excuse was that the entire staff already had COVID. Apparently they need to go back to school, because previously having COVID does not mean that you cannot become reinfected and potentially spread the virus

This is the true definition of a family practitioner . I have the privilege of seeing him once a year and actually look forward to the great conversation and thorough exam. Dr McClain completely erases the concept of an appt and time and focuses on the individual, your family and your comprehensive health. He answers every question with experience and thought. His staff takes care of every facet of your visit from insurance , to scheduling, and will call you within 10 min for any follow up notes. This service is hard to find in today’s market and I will stay a dedicated patient as long as he

Being in the medical field myself, my personal experience with Dr. McClain’s office was very positive. His staff were very generous and accommodating .My fiancé had accident and injury to his eye , the ER was not able to do anything to help him and advised us to see an eye doctor immediately , howver several of the other eye offices around town I had reached out to did not have availablilty to see a “new patient” for days to weeks. Dr. McClain’s office was technically “closed” for exams and not seeing patients on the specific day that I reached out them , but his staff contacted him

I am a veteran and the VA set up an appointment for the 21 May 2019 at 1330 hr. I got a call Thursday from Dr McClain office. They wanted to know what day I could come in and we agreed on 6 June 2019. I got a letter from VA saying my appointment was 21 of May. I show up on the 21 and the staff said I canceled the appointment for the 21. I never canceled any appointment and they said I called them. You called our house saying you could not see me until 27 of May or 6 June. They called me and my wife a lier. They are garbage out fit and this site made me give them 1 star. I don’t like piers and

Dr. McClain and his staff go above and beyond to help their patients. Their office makes it feel like a family atmosphere which I love, because I feel like I matter! Dr McClain is AWESOME!!! I am a new patient and had an eye emergency- showed up to his office and everyone was so friendly. They got me in to see the doctor right away - didn't even have an appointment. Dr. McClain came to the rescue - he was able to fix me right up. Thank you so much! I highly recommend!!
