We won't be back or recommend. Thought this would be a good new option to use. I had asked how much it would be to change my headlight out and told them I had the bulb, we just couldn't get to it. I was told approx. $20 to do. A couple weeks later I called to make the appointment and when they called to say how much it would be they said $125 when I was providing the bulbs. He also then informed me normally they don't allow people to bring in their own parts. We asked to talk to whoever was going to do it to ask why so much and their method since no one else has ever said that's how to do it. We

From the time I walked in the door, I was literally amazing at the service. The owner was who helped me and the customer service was phenomenal. I came for a scraping knows from under my car that was apparently the skid plate. Once they fixed that, I ended up adding an oil change and a change of air filters. They had this amazing massage chair that lasted for 20 minutes and from the the time I sat in it and got up my car was done and ready to go! I’m so happy that my car is no longer getting stares from at people on the parking lots and I can drive breathing clean air 😌

While the attendants and staff are very nice, my drain plug or gasket was not secured properly after the oil change was performed. I don't put a ton of miles on my car so it took 2-3 months for the oil to begin to leak. I called Kwik Kar to have them check this as I suspected this to be the issue. They had me bring the car by but just told me my oil level was fine and there was no issue that could be attributed to their oil change. Thus, I ended up taking my car to the dealership which confirmed my suspicions. Thankfully, I caught the issue quickly enough so that all of my oil had not leaked out

I was having problem with brakes and live 2 hours away. I called and they immediately got my car in and checked out. These guys are very honest because they could easily told me parts needed b replaced and charge a high price like so many other mechanics do. But instead it was simple fix. They are polite , friendly and do great work.

Fantastic customer service and excellent repair work.
After being stranded in Nashville for three days do to bad service at a Firestone I finally came to Kwik Kar where the staff were so kind. They made time in their already full schedule to not only diagnose my car but also make the repairs (replace the brake fluid lines) in less than 5 hours. I was very impressed and equally grateful. I cannot recommend them enough.

I have been going to Kwik Kar Lube and Tune for some time now. They have yet to disappoint! They offer fast and affordable oil changes, as well as, affordable larger repairs! I have had my truck and car there for service multiple and have never been disappointed. Before going to a competitor, call and ask for a quote, it is likely that they will come in at an affordable level. Also, they use high quality parts! On my last truck repair, I found out that they used top notch rotors and brakes. I was very impressed! A+ service. Would use again.

I've been here a bunch of times over several years with, I think, four different cars. I just use them for quick oil changes, but what's nice is that I have an older car that takes oddball oil, and they'll let me bring my own oil and filter and they'll knock out the labor part for me in their shop (as opposed to me doing it my garage) for about $25 plus tax, and usually in about 10-15 minutes. Thomas - who is usually at the counter - has a very friendly and helpful approach to customers as well.

Great crew took care of an oil change, tire rotation, and brake light replacement for me. While I was in they recommended brake pad change and engine air filter change; I went ahead and did both because I couldn't remember if I'd had either done in the six years I've had the car.

So why the dilemma and only 2.5 *'s ???
- maybe an "oversell" on needing brake pads that the customer had just changed earlier in same week.
While waiting for our oil change to be finished we watched a mechanic come out twice to speak with a customer, first offering synthetic oil for an up charge (no problems there) - but then coming out again and telling the customer his break pads in front where very thin and needed to be replaced

This shop has my business for life! I am a single woman who drives an old car, a perfect opportunity for unsavory mechanics. Thomas, the general manager, made sure my problem was completely identified, and then fixed for no charge as a goodwill gesture. Thankfully it was a very small issue, but nonetheless he made sure I was driving a well working vehicle before I left his shop. This place saved me. Had a tire blow out late night and had my car towed to Thomas at Kwik Kar. They are who I have been using for the basics since I've moved to nashville. I didn't realize they didn't specialize in tires but they helped me out anyway! They removed my tire, helped me find a place near by with a tire and allowed me to bring my tire to them, get a new tire on and then put my tire back on for me. It is so helpful to have a local shop who cares about their customers and not making a dollar. I'll continue to give my business to Kwik Kar!!

We were visiting Nashville to see our daughter and needed an oil change. I called and spoke with Thomas. He was very helpful and made us an appointment. I made a mistake and got the address wrong. I called him and although we were 30 min away, he said "come on over, I'll make sure I prioritize you and make sure you don't have to wait."

This place is wonderful. The entire staff is friendly and knowledgeable. Most importantly trustworthy. I came here originally because of all the other great reviews and they were right. They have helped me out numerous times with my car and I have always left a satisfied customer. On top of that they will have you in and out as soon as possible. This place is incredible. Very friendly. Helpful. Tactful. They do not try to put up a front that I've seen at a lot of other auto shops--to distance and confuse the customer as to take advantage of their potential ignorance of their vehicle, drive up the price, and manipulate.

Don't even know why I bother here anymore. Got here at 7:50 AM Wednesday morning for an "early bird special." Guy ended up taking two customers that he knew before me, then proceeded to tell me when I asked about special that I would get "5 bucks off at best." I have been driving by this place for months and figured when I had the time and money I'd stop in.
I needed an oil change today and was hearing the worst rattling that sounded like something was loose.
The men that work here educated me on the things I needed fixed without making me feel overwhelmed or feeling like they were trying to oversell because I'm a woman.

While most other oil changes places in the area were going to make me wait multiple hours (while their employees were acting out the scene from Parks and Rec where the animal control employees were "busy"), Kwik Kar got me in immediately and did a good job.
They probably took in as many cars in the 30 minutes it took to change my oil as the terrible places up the road do in a week.

No one likes to see smoke coming out of their hood and out of the tail pipe, especially not on a newer car. That's exactly what happened after I took my car to Kwik Kar last night. I took it back to Kwik Kar this morning, and after 1 hour and 45 minutes they told me they had spilled oil on my engine and exhaust pipe. After driving it around some more, there's still smoke and that horrible smell. Now I have to take it to the dealership to assess the damage. What did Kwik Kar do to remedy this? 50% off my NEXT oil change. No immediate compensation for their mistake. I will not be returning
