Epic is committed to providing students with a strong community where they may develop their individual talents and achieve goals they never dreamed were possible! Need-based financial aid for in-studio students, who progress through Epic from beginner to Epic Company members. A week after opening its doors, Epic Dance Studios was hopping.
Epic Dance Studios is home to two non-profit performing companies, Epic Dance Company and Epic Crew, as well as an Epic Apprentice Program. Epic Dance Company requires dancers fluent in ballet, jazz, hip hop, tap and contemporary. Epic Crew focuses purely on the genre of hip hop. The Apprentice Program helps students develop the character and skills to become a company member.
Within a week of the time of registration you will be charged using your card on file. This charge is for September tuition. Thereafter, we will automatically pull tuition from your card on file every month (October-May) on the 5th. If you do not want your card charged automatically on the 5th of every month, you MUST make a payment by logging in online and making the payment yourself or bringing cash or check to class BEFORE THE 5th.
Leotards shown are not mandatory but a black leotard of some sort is required for Company and Adv Company Ballet Students. These are the only shoe colors we will accept for our performances - which means if you purchase different colored shoes at the beginning of the year, you will be expected to purchase the correct shoes before their first performance.

Two of our children have been involved with Epic Dance Studio for the last four years and have enjoyed every minute of it! From top notch instructors to great studio space this place is wonderful. The owner truly cares for the students and not only wants to see them excel in dance but in life as well. Our family is blessed to be part of the Epic family.

The teachers and quality of the dance lessons are great. My daughters are learning proper ballet and other terminology as well as proper technique. The older kids' choreography are challenging and not repetitive. The annual recital is top notch and professional. Expectations (not just dance, but attitude, behavior) for students are high, and not just inside the studio, but outside as well, especially for those who make the teams.

I love this dance studio!! My daughter has danced with these wonderful instructors for years and she absolutely loves it! She has made wonderful friends and wonderful connections with the dance instructors! The owner of this dance studio is absolutely wonderful! She’s caring and sharing and she gets the job done!

I love Epic dance! It is an amazing place where the dancers can be who they want to be. The dancers there are amazing they are so kind and joyful! We are all a family even when we aren’t together! We have many family members who have attended EPIC Dance Studios over the years. Our children, grandchildren, nephews and nieces have all studied there. Stephanie and her staff are not only extremely talented, professional, and have a true love for dance and the young people who study there, but their unique 'dance is for everyone' approach means that each and every student is regarded equally, regardless of experience, age, or social status. I recommend EPIC Dance Studios without reservation if you are looking for a caring, professional place to learn or practice dance.

I have been apart of this program for 9 years; first as a student, now as a summer/guest instructor. Darci, Heather, and Stephanie taught me everything I know about dance, and since taking class with them, I have auditioned and been a part of Ball State’s BFA Dance program, successfully taught in 3 outreach dance programs, and worked professionally in the dance world. These instructors teach dance, but they do so much more. They support you, fight for you, push you, and cheer you on to help you figure out where dance fits in your life, and how to make that happen. I've been in the Adult Hip Hop class and I absolutely love it. Both Instructors Sandra and KJ are amazing. Sandra is very energetic with great routines. KJ makes sure that you are in proper form to get the best use of your muscles. Together they are a great team. The staff is very informative with very pleasant personalities. I reccomend them to anyone who wants their children to excel in dance but also have the proper attitudes.

The way that the studio director/owner deals with students and paying clientele in certain situations is deplorable. There is no communication, she acts in a very unprofessional and cowardly manner for a business owner which is quite sad. The dance instructors themselves are very good at what they do and are good people and I do miss some of them very much and wish them all the best.
