Call (219) 477-0194 to schedule your free 20-minute trial lesson and begin your dance adventure with Forever Dance Studio. Meet the staff, get a tour of the facilities, and try a few simple dance steps! You may walk into the studio, but after your first free lesson, you'll be dancing out. Dancing is great exercise that will increase your flexibility, strength, and balance, while engaging your mind as well.
I am a Certified Pilates Mat and Reformer Instructor through the Balanced Body Pilates Program. I am also certified in Balanced Body Barre, willPower & grace cardio method, and YogaFit Yoga. My newest passion is I have become a Wellness Advocate for doTERRA essential oils. I weave essential oils into anything that I can because I believe they can help with so many areas of life.
