For $12,000, you'd think you would get what you paid for. Unfortunately not. I was told that my entire business property would be covered but there are blind spots all over the place, in places that I told them I couldn't have blind spots. There has been an issue with the sound as well, I can barely hear what goes on on one camera because of the buzz that comes along with the audio. I thought spending a lot of money would get me the superior product and service that my salesman promised me, but I was wrong.
