Completely ridiculous! They sold themselves as "one call that's all" and every issue turned into ridiculous amounts of emails and long phone times. Then what's worse, when we terminated the contract they refused to remove their software from our computers. Causing us to spend countless hours with LabTech Help and Apple help trying to remove their spyware from our computers. Totally sketchy and someone needs to investigate their systems. They have access to all of our data and God only knows what the hell these irresponsible jackassess have done with our staff.
