Flood brothers was amazing. I had a huge leak due to a pipe break on the front of the house. They called me back right away. Sent someone out within two hours and was able to fix the pipe same day. I would highly recommended flood brothers to my family and friends.

Our backyard drains had become clogged and it turned out to be a much bigger deal than I'd expected. Roots and dirt had, over the years, clogged and even broken the pipes underneath our brick patio. The company's camera and other tools couldn't see how far the clog extended towards the street. But we agreed they'd take it step by step to determine how much was necessary to do, and at each step along the way they showed me the views from their underground cameras and the flow of water. Came out same day I called (not next day like most other plumbers). Arrived time they promised and cleared the clogged sewer line. The man that came out was quick knowledgeable and friendly. It cost less than $100 for emergency service done on a Friday evening! Would recommend and definitely use them again!

Plumbing issues are always a bummer but our issue was complicated by the fact that the issues came along when we were hosting house guests during the Thanksgiving holiday! Ugh. Anyway, the call was made to Flood Brothers and Jeff was sent out right away to diagnose and fix the problem. Sadly, the problem was more ugly than we had hoped but Jeff provided quality service, communicated very well throughout and followed up repeatedly over the course of several days. After the crisis abated, we learned we needed more extensive repairs and Jeff was able to provide a reasonable estimate for the future

Flood Brothers was excellent from start to finish. I had a plumbing emergency involving massive pipe buildup/clogs, and they took the time to explain my options. At no time did I ever feel like they were trying to "sell" me on anything. They were good to ask me what my personal needs were and what they could do to achieve them. Both Brandon and Brendan were really nice and knowledgeable people who kept me informed every step of the way. The crew was efficient, communicative, and always on time. We had a plumbing emergency in our condo building and Flood Brothers were the only ones I could get a hold of right away. I was thrilled that they also had cleanup services for our sewage overflow available as well. They replaced a section of drain pipe for a few thousand dollars but that didn't seem to totally solve the problem (I had to push to test the situation after the fix). Then they hydrojetted in a different direction and created a new sewage leak. Flood Brothers are great! I had a sewage clog and a water heater go to hell at the same time. Flood Brothers sent Brandan and his trainee Brendon out and both were great, showing and/or telling what they were doing and giving me options. And instead of saying, "Oh, you need to replace the pipes" like another, crappy plumber did, Brendon offered suggestions that were cheaper and they worked! I wrote a review from an account I can't find so happy to leave a second review! I called Flood Brothers after submitting a general RFQ and after reading their yelp reviews. I really am pleased with the level of quality and professionalism of work that Flood Brothers Plumbing (service tech: Kyle) performed. The job was to fix our toilet/shower (wouldn't flush and water backed up). It was a great experience from start to finish. Kyle arrived on time and kept me updated throughout the process. Had a weekend kitchen faucet leak( don't all leaks happen on weekends lol) and called Flood Brothers. If you have a service on a weekend expect a higher price rate. They sent Kyle Butler for the issue which ended up being more extensive. Kyle was professional and gave new rates before any work was done. Very happy with his service.

Called to schedule, no appointments until next week. Said they'd call back on Monday to schedule. No call back. Finally get technician out and he doesn't have the part to replace the flood valve that needed to replaced. Technician says he'll call to schedule an appointment. No call. I call 3 times and finally got an answer over text message to schedule for Monday morning. Monday evening comes around and no one shows up. When I ask why, "Unfortunately we do not have the availability we apologize for the inconvenience." My advice: find another plumber, not worth the hassle

We haven't finished our work with Flood Brothers yet, but so far Junior has been really helpful and responsive; he came out to our house on an emergency call, even though it was pretty late at night, which we were so thankful for! They were able to resolve the initial clogging issue we had but discovered some extra issues (roots damaging the pipes) while working and we are working with them now to fix that too! I am hopeful the rest of the work will be smooth and we can get the issue fixed!

I'm a property manager who is always looking for good service people and I highly recommend Flood Brothers. My first problem at a property was finding a plumber who would be able to replace a tankless heater as not all of them do. These guys did so and were prompt and professional and very easy to deal with and they also gave the lowest estimate!… They also let me know that the previous unit was something that should never have been installed because it was a dated unit from a manufacturer that is no longer is in business. I was in a jam at another property some weeks later out in Venice

I've been using Flood Brothers for 9 or 10 years. They're the most respectful team I've ever worked with. And their workmanship is beyond spectacular. They were prompt, professional, on time, actually a little early which was great.I needed a new faucet in the bathroom, they took out the old one, installed the new one, showed me where I had some plastic fittings and a little weirdness going on, they fixed that in no time at all.they even cleaned out all the hair in the drain. I felt like Ephrain was polite and friendly. I will call them again when we do the kitchen sink.Their prices were good too.Thank you!

This is my third time with the Flood Brothers and it has been always a great experience. Jerry Wise has been here at my home before and he remembered having been here before which was nice.
