Honest, and stuck to his quote! He did a great job! He was great about returning phone calls. He showed up on time. He gave me several options to solve the water heater issue. He was very skilled, and he knew his job. He walked me through everything, and he was great about answering questions! I would recommend him to anyone! We are very happy with the service!
