I wanted help to gain custody of my daughter and Yanez and associates basically failed me. I paid thousands just to get a bad deal ending in me paying huge child support and only being able to see my daughter 3% of the time!!! How is that even somewhat acceptable. I hired bettina to fight my ex husband for custody during a child custody investigation. She said she would be there at court, and she was the first time....my ex was sneaky and got a continuance. Th next court date i got a call on the friday afternoon before court on a tuesday following (monday was a holiday) and i was told "oh by the way bettina cant come tuesday so her son will be there". For the TRO you did nothing but copy and paste from one of your others clients declaration using the wrong name and wrong children's name on my response to an ex parte. What an embarrassment. How could you keep money from a client after your sloppy 5 minutes

Avoid at all cost! Literally!!! They will take your money and you get nothing in return. They will not be on your side and will go whichever way the money flows. They do not support you as a client either, so do not be fooled. The retainers fees are a joke as they eat them up, and all you have to show for it is stacks of worthless paperwork

My daughter had a consultation with Sean and I went with her for support and Sean was honest and upfront with my daughter . This was for a child custody case and he was open and honest with my daughter and advised her options and assisted her with her filing. Unfortunately when she decided she wanted to have him represent her, he was booked and we knew that ahead of time as he made us aware.
