WholeCare, LLC was established in 2015 with the sole purpose of providing affordable, accessible, and personalized healthcare. We are able to accomplish this through a practice model known as Direct Primary Care [DPC]. By utilizing the DPC model, we are able to eliminate co-pays and commit the necessary time to building strong and trusting personal relationships with our patients.

WholeCare, LLC uses a unique approach to healthcare. What makes us unique is our extended office visits (30 minutes to over an hour), direct access to your physician via cellphone and email, a small staff who knows you by name, and a home-like waiting room that is never over-packed. We want you to feel comfortable so that you can be fully engaged in your healthcare.
Most people are tired of not being able to contact their doctor with minor medical concerns, or being told to come in six weeks later for an office visit. At a Direct Primary Care office, you have direct access to your doctor. Meaning, you are able to text, email, Skype, or call your doctor directly.
An amazing doctor! Not only is she reactive to existing issues and needs but she takes on a proactive and holistic approach when treating you for the most effective results and the longevity of your well being. She is also a great support system! The best care you can get! You're seen quickly AND you can spend as much time needed with your MD.
Our Medical Weight Management program is a patient-centered and multi disciplinary method to weight loss and weight maintenance with the goal of prevention or treatment of diabetes type 2. We follow the most recent evidence-based guidelines provided by the American Academy of Bariatric Physicians and the Treatment of Obesity Society.
WholeCare offers physical examinations for employment at an affordable price of $70, including a PPD placement and reading. Please note that this fee does not guarantee that you will qualify to receive a medical license certificate. Qualifications are based on criteria set by the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration.

Dr. Constant spends as much time with her clients as they need. She also gives her patients her cell phone number in case they need anything when she is not in office. WholeCare is a very unique practice.

This place feels like I hit the jackpot- fantastic and friendly doctor's offices are hard to come by! Every single person there is welcoming, present, and thoughtful. They are also so efficient and extremely accessible via all forms of communication! They care for the whole person, make going to the doctor easy and are a joy to visit!
