I hired Phoenix Van Services to drive a bachelor party around. The van arrived on time and our driver was polite and courteous. She took us to a cart racing place I chose who unfortunately could not get us started for two hours. We decided to go to our second stop early, and went outside but the van was not there. Our driver said she needed to use the restroom and returned within 10 minutes. Our group decided to change the plans a couple times and our driver was happy to accommodate us. When all is said and done, we had a good time and arrived safely at the end of the night. No, this was not

If I could give 0 stars I would. One of the worst companies I have ever had the displeasure of dealing with. Left 20 of us stranded outside of the city with no way to get back and had all of our wallets! We left them in the van after they said it was fine because they had no other clients the rest of the day. Then left us without anything because they said they had another client. Took our money and refused to refund any of it. Even wanted us to pay them to bring our stuff back to us and sign a letter saying everything was fine with our service, so we couldn't come after them legally. Needless

BEWARE! WORST VAN SERVICE! These people are very dishonest and will steal your money. We did not receive our full service and they would not refund our money!!! DO NOT USE!!! Here is how the story goes. We were picked up and taken about an hour away to enjoy a fabulous day floating down the river. Obviously since we cannot control how fast the river floats us we were about 20min late to arrive. On the receipt it states the van service will wait 15min free of charge and there after charge you. As soon as we got off the river we began calling the van driver who we did not see anywhere. The calls

We had the unfortunate experience of hiring this company recently. I would never do business again with this company nor would I ever recommend it to anyone I know. Very unprofessional, horrible customer service and clueless drivers who don't even know where she is going. Do not hire this company, you'll be disappointed!
