My round trip to PHX Airport is scheduled for a 3am pickup on November 8th for two. I have an early mooring departure at PHX thus I have an early morning pickup. This is my first experience with this shuttle service. In the past I have done park n fly. I will report back on my overall experience upon my return. I am hoping for timeliness, safety, courtesy, working air or heater and a comfortable car. Most importantly is communication, safety and for the driver to be on time and show up. Finally, Driver emailed and was busy in the field. Driver was excellent and highly recommended. 👌

Thought I was getting a private transport. Ended up having to car pool with some fandoms and then got drove 30 min past my house to drop them off first cause it was easier for driver on his ride back, would of appreciated more transparency. Seems like this is a recent thing as the passenger I was forced to share a ride with too the airport on my trip commented about never having to share a ride. I’ve booked a lot of rides with a lot of companies and this is the first one I’ve had to review because of bad business. Would rather pay more for good customer service. Glorified ride share at 5x cost

Thieves. They only refund 70% of the cost of your trip if you cancel, even if the cancelation is well in advance. We had a valid reason to cancel, yet this company kept 30% of our money for a service they didn't provide. Had this been a last minute cancelation, I'd understand a small fee, but 30% is exorbitant, no matter what. I do NOT recommend.

Our driver was excellent but he did not receive the proper information from the company. I had booked and paid for booster seats for my four year old children and the shuttle driver did not receive that information. We had to drive an hour unsafely. When I contacted the company no one responded to me.

Booked a one-way trip from PHX airport to Sedona. Driver showed up promptly and we set off for the 1:45hr trip.
Driver informs us that there is no way his 8 year old Lincoln MKZ hybrid is going to make it up the mountain to Sedona with the air conditioning running (as the company had had previous problems with these types of cars going to this destination). By the way, it's 108 degrees. In hindsight, we should have had him turn around and take us back to the airport. But unfortunately, we didn't.
Driver proceeds to explain that they could have sent over a Navigator, but that would use loads more

Their web site touts cheeper and more reliable service. They charged 2X the cost of their competitor, Groom Transportation and our driver was 1 1/2 hour late to pick us up for an airport drop! Contacted us too late to find alternative. I called to complain and get a refund and was told I would get a call back. Never received any call. Emailed them twice and still nothing. They have no way to contact them for customer support. If I could give them negative star rating, I would. False advertising and terrible service with zero customer support. Pathetic!!!

Airport Shuttle of Arizona - DO NOT use this car service! They cancelled our pickup at Skyharbor airport 45 minutes before we landed. You can not reach them after 5:00pm. We were STUCK without a ride. They are NOT reliable. You can NOT reach the driver either. They charged us and had confirmed the ride. They are HORRIBLE.

Airport Shuttle of Phoenix is flawless. I've used them twice and they have been wonderful. The most recent trip was a trip to Las Vegas with a friend. I was picked up on time then we picked up my friend. Easy trip to the airport.
Our return flight was over an hour and a half late when we got to the pick up spot Gilbert was sitting waiting for us.such a relief They may be a little pricey but they are worth it.
