Gayle Rosenblum is a fantastic attorney. She is extremely knowledgeable, diligent, and knows the system and players well. Inspired confidence from day one that I made the right choice. Most importantly, she was genuinely caring and empathetic to the often difficult and challenging situations that are inherent in divorce and custody proceedings. Gayle had represented me in my divorce 13 years ago and had done a fantastic job. She is extremely professional and caring. To qualify I don't believe in writing bad reviews. However, where there is a moral hazard as it relates to potential issues of child custody I believe an exception should be made. Gayle Rosenblum represented me on a family matter case a few years back. She appeared for me in court on 8 separate occasions. After the case was settled we stayed in… contact and remain so present day. Gayle Rosenblum's self-serving posts notwithstanding she is a horrendous litigator. She comes across as unsure of herself in the court room. When she does speak her arguments are off-point and confusing to participants

As a fellow attorney, I can attest to Debra’s professionalism. Debra always took the high road, even when my exhusband’s attorney resorted to unethical methods. She never once would accept or contribute to unethical behavior. She really tried to find a solution and mediate fairly, but when it came time, she was appropriately tough as nails. I’d hire Debra for a divorce if you want a lawyer who will fight hard for you but also be done with it as quickly as possible, as she surely doesn’t unnecessarily delay.

I used Rubin & Rosenblum a few years ago for a family matter. The firm consists of two lawyer partners, Debra Rubin and Gayle Rosenblum. At any time they employ one to two assistants.
I would like to begin my review by stating the obvious. These women are simply put not very good attorneys. Neither one is well versed in the areas of law they practice and both struggle to articulate arguments in the court room. In the majority of cases (including that of my own) they are outmatched by opposing counsel.

I was reading some of the recent reviews for Rubin & Rosenblum PLLC. I was especially impressed with Barbara Zuckerman's five star "Top rate representation" review. It then occurred to me I know Barbara. She is the firm's paralegal. But hey, since its the holidays lets give our ethically challenged attorneys two stars for almost slipping that one past us.

Awful, dishonest Gail. Save yourself the money, frustration and pain. Gail is a total scam. Gail should be stripped from her law license. Complaints were made by my family to the bar association. I truly hope this message is read by more potential clients and realize before it’s too late to reconsider hiring her. I see other bad reviews coming in and I hope to God this women gets what she has done to others especially to innocent families going through divorce.
