A bad apple...dr. scott's office manager andrea...was very rude and dismissive...she asked for ss# and i refused to give it to her. i had already given her my dl and my insurance and she said dr scott would not see me, but never asked him. i told her i wanted to speak with him and she asked me to sit in the hallway outside of the office waiting room...??? and i asked her not to forget about me and she intentionally did. i was already slotted for a morning appt and got there early but still never got a chance to actually see, meet, or speak with him. andrea definitely was being a true gate
