Our founder, Peter Savio, was born in Hilo in 1948, and graduated with a BBA in Real Estate from The University of Hawaii at Manoa in 1970. After a decade of experience in the real estate industry (both as a sales manager and as an instructor), he founded his first real estate sales and management company in 1980 called Savio Realty Ltd.

If you are able to download and read the instructions on the application the process is simple. Go to website, physically download application, use ink pin to fill out application. Photo/scan completed application and send to heading email, send application fee as instructed. Wait 7-10 business days. Reach out to email on heading of application. The agent will contact you and process will work itself out. Pray for the island and the people of Hawaii. Mahalo

Water Catchment - I have never rented a home in Hawai’i and this is my first experience. I must say that given the opportunity, I would have never rented. I rented from this company because they had good ratings compared to the other realty companies I was working with. Water catchment is not something I am educated in. Today, 01/22/2020, the water catchment tech is finally coming. I have asked for this since we moved in. That would be almost 2 months. I know prior to us moving in, it was not cleaned and the filter has not been changed out. The tenants before us moved out

Tammy Mederios - I must admit I was really excited that we found a realtor that would work with us as I have animals. They have all of their proper paperwork and documents. But, it was still difficult because of that. However, the more time and energy I spend with this agent, the more frustrated I get. I understand that there are others that need the assistance of their rental agent, however, I am also a tenant that needs assistance. If you are unable to assist all of your tenants, this may be time to reassess and not take on the hundreds of properties that you are taking on

Gutters - When we moved in, I had the joy of seeing what was in the gutters while standing on the moving truck. My oh my, I was pretty grossed out. I also have requested the gutters be flushed on 12/12. The amount of debris and build-up is horrendous. Just imagine you are a mother and your child has a skin condition, and you know that they are bathing in this filth? Yes, it was my choice to move into this property, but I had no education on water catchment. Had I know this would be such an issue, I would have never gone forward with signing a lease.

I took forever for this company to call me back and then they referred me to their website to fill out an application but there was no link on the website to access said application so we've been playing phone tag I still am cuz I'm interested in one of their properties so I will give them the benefit of the doubt

Most Properties listed over any other Realtor on the Big Island. Too bad the Realtors can't communicate between themselves. I had many details that needed addressed and communication fell on deaf ears as it would appear. Cost me as a buyer in many ways this transaction not only money but an opportunity to work out additional items with the Seller. Merely due to the lack of continuity and communication between Buyer and Seller Realtors. The Conduit between Buyer and Seller. This caused undo Stress on Both the Seller and Buyer. To a point if DisService overall. Thought it would make things easier
