To have such amazing service and results. I contacted Michael because I noticed that he had recently sold a home in my neighborhood for just about the highest price seen for my particular subdivision. I knew that I had a very special home as well, and that it deserved a higher degree of professionalism and representation to get the full value for my investment. Michael reached out to me after seeing my home for sale by owner on Zillow. He was professional, enthusiastic, and not pushy in the least. I decided that I would try to sell on my own for a few months and then call him as a last resort. Well, a few months later with only a hand few of interested people but no offers I called him. I spoke with three other realtors and none of them followed through with the listing. I called Michael and he was very responsive. It was only listed for a short time before we got a full offer. The paperwork was mailed quickly, since I live on the mainland. Great job Michael, thank you!
