Report
I had cataract surgery done on both eyes. He was friendly performed the surgery without a thorough in depth exam of my eyes. I had extensive edema of the macula and returned a couple times on which I was released and told my sight would improve and the swelling was gone. I was released to see an optometrist for new glasses. I went to my optometrist and he would not issue me a new prescription because of excessive swelling still. After 2 1/2 more months of treatment and thorough, extensive testing, he diagnosed that I had a genetic disorder that was putting me blind. I should never been operated
