This place is a joke. I came in for a work comp appointment at noon and still hadn't been seen after 3pm. Very unprofessional. They called my employer and lied about the whole situation. They left me no choice but to hire an attorney. Don't waste your time with these people. They should be ran out of town!

Dr Patel and staff are all awesome!! Knowledgeable and friendly!! The reason for a 4 star rather than a 5 star is simply the wait time. You will be there from, start to finish, a MINIMUM of 2 hours, usually longer, so plan your day accordingly. She is worth waiting for, she is extremely knowledgeable, personable and truly wants the best for you and your quality of life with good eyesight.

I Have Dry Eyes. My Cornea Tore 3 Times In 1 Year. Green Vision Would Just Put In A Protective Contact & Send Me Home. My Boss Recommended WVI. DR.PATEL Explained Why It Was Happening & More Importantly How We Can Stop It From Happening Again. I'm Happy To Say Zero Cornea Rips Since I've Been Her Patient. Professional Staff & A Great Doctor. Appointment Times Might Be A Little Long But When I Remember The Pain I Was In Before It's Worth It!

The staff is very friendly and considerate. It was my first appointment and was very lengthy but I was made comfortable the entire time. Dr. Patel was well versed on my case and did a good job of explaining all that was going on with my eyes. It was a lot to take in but they reassured me if I had questions to call. I’m pretty nervous but I left with confidence in all involved. Thank you for great care in a scary situation.

You pay for what you get. Dr. Patel and her highly skilled staff are top notch. Dr. Patel is arguably the best Ophthalmologist in the region, and with that her patients are given the best care. She provides every patient with the knowledge and recommendations that only the best can provide. Each patient is treated like the only patient. A long wait period only reinforces that each patient is given the best care possible. If Dr. Patel doesn’t have the answer, then she will find the answer.
