Positive: Professionalism, Quality, Responsiveness
I recently used Wilcox for a flow test for my clients purchasing a house. He was very knowledgeable, friendly and responsive. I appreciated how quick he was to get back to us with the results and was able to offer a lot of valuable information. Would highly recommend!

Caused a lot of unnessary money. Said we needed a new well to be drilled. Thank god we got a second opinion. He had installed a faulty panel for the pressure tank, our well is fine. Horrible service.
Fast forward 1 year later...... woke up to no water. Called Water and Well Pump Service in Mulino. They came out and pulled the pump.
After examining they found that Wilcox had connected the pump incorrectly. They couldn’t believe the shoddy work. I would highly recommend this business from Mulino, very professional and fair prices.

I can't believe this man even accepted the job after having knee surgery. Asked us to help with crawling around on the floor cause he couldn't do that. He couldn't replace our pressure switch because of his surgery so we did that. He poured 80 gallons of water into our garage when taking out our pressure tank. After that he just Kept "giving advice" even though we paid him for a job he did almost no labor on. Don't use this company. If you cant do the job, dont take the job.

I had Mr. Wilcox out yesterday . I called him in the morning with a emergency of no water , he came out as soon as possible and he arrived a few hrs latter with everything we needed to fix the well , any and all parts . we changed the pump right there and replaced a pipe that was starting to go bad as well. then replaced the tank as it had become bad as well. The water was back up and going right away, if you have been without water then you know how nice that is . I would recommend him to any body . Sonny Haskell

Mr. Wilcox replaced my pressure tank and was able to troubleshoot a power box issue that resolved my problem. I found him to be very good at his work and very helpful with billing me for his service. I read the other reviews and definitely felt my experience was great and would not hesitate to call him back.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. He replaced a water pump and 5 days later, our entire basement had 6 inches of water in it, causing about $6000 of damage from his poor installation. Homeowner's insurance covered it, but we have been fighting for 6 months with him and his insurance company to take responsibility for the damage and at least refund our insurance deductible.
A new company came out two days later and said all the plumbing was installed incorrectly and they had it completely redone within hours.
Do not believe his warranty. Do not not believe what he says. Poor work quality and doesn't back

Our 40 year old pressure tank failed and Wilcox was the only company I could I get a hold of to replace it. They did respond impressively fast but that is where things went down hill very fast. Absolutely shoddy and unprofessional work using way out of date materials and techniques, I should have kicked him out immediately. Here are few pictures of completely messy and out date PVC workmanship and out of code electrical work. The PVC busted 5 days later flooding our basement. We are out $$$$$ and had to have another company come in and redo the electrical and the all of the plumbing- it now looks

Call any other company. Something is seriously wrong with this guy. Said we needed a new pump, holding tank and pressure tank. He came out the next day with a new pump. He then proceeded to take out the old pump, cut the wires to it, then stated we needed an electrician to wire in the new pump, first mention of needing an electrician. Then wandered back to his truck and left, which turned out to be a good thing. We called a different company that came out within a couple of hours. The new company installed a new pump.

Terrible customer service. We had Wilcox replace a non-freeze faucet - in less than 12 months it was leaking again. When Wilcox came out to fix it again they claimed the faucet was not installed by them. After showing them the invoice they had given me they then claimed the faucet was not leaking and that the water at the base of the faucet was from the rain. When I told him it had not rained in over a week, he then claimed it was from a "natural spring" and was just surface water. He even stated that our barn roof was leaking which caused the water. Finally after getting him to dig it up, he then

Wilcox drilled a well at our property. Once the well was drilled and sealed the state of Oregon inspected the well and stated that it was not sealed properly and to fix the issue before proceeding. Wilcox ignored the stated and completed the job. They sent us an invoice and never mentioned anything that the state told them. The state did not contact us either. We submitted the payment and about a month later the state contacted us and explained the situation. Wilcox has refused to cooperate with us or the state of Oregon. They have been requested by the state to remove the liner and reseal the
