This company has the best customer service I have experienced in a very long time. The pump went out at our rental house and we needed help fast! Even though it was a Friday night when I called, they got back to me right away (unlike another 24/7 company in Albany!!). They were able to work us in on Monday and the technician was so knowledgeable and fixed the problem immediately. Even suggested another small upgrade. He texted me his findings and what the repairs were so that I had it in writing. I can't say enough about what a pleasure it was to do business with Oregon Pump!

Excellent people to work with from the office staff to the people who install the pumps. My elderly father had a surface pump on his domestic well quit working. I called a couple of plumbing companies to see if they could come out. Everyone was busy and one company told me I should call Oregon Pump and I'm glad I did.
Oregon Pump was also very busy but they were able to come out quickly to see what my dad needed. The following Monday they were able to squeeze us into the schedule. The office called and said they would be out between 11:00 and 12:00. They had the pump installed and running by 12

The staff is great and they really know their stuff. Highly recommend .

Had to call them again for another problem they are quick dan is a great tech he changed my submersible pump and pipe a couple months back and now is fixing another problem with the main going into the house stand up guy

Seems to be a descent place of business, the company I work for is doing roof repairs, and a coating, getting it ready for winter.
