I'm very happy with the washes and towel dries that they provide, and their detailing services are fantastic. Just a couple gripes, I paid for and didn't receive a tire shine a couple times, and I wish they stayed open until at least 6pm on weekdays. It's hard to make it after work before they close at 5.

What a wonderful Job at a reasonable price. I had a car detailed and They did a beautiful job. I didn't get pics but I will go back, It wasn't my Car, Next time I'll do mine.

Wesley is a gem! When my Jeep came out of the wash, he looked it over and told me to bring it back through because there were still spots that didn't get clean...on him! He let the wash operator know to scrub those areas before the second wash and it came out great. When I came through to dry again, he dried it all and then chatted with me about what I can do to get it looking its best. I'll be be going back here thanks to Wesley's great service!

I finally had my car detailed after a long summer of sun and sand. The detailing done was fabulous. Clean rugs, dust free doors and dashboard, seats vacuumed. Then the car washed and windows too!
I will do this again without hesitation and recommend to family and friends!

Everyone here is super friendly and they do an excellent job. I have had my commercial vehicle detailed here twice and they do an absolutely phenomenal job!

My car was not cleaned or dried properly. Much too expensive for just a wash. They do not vacuum or do windows inside unless you make an appt. The day I went there was no one but me. The cost for those services was way too much. Never to return.

Had to go back after car was detailed because the hub caps were still dirty. No problem! Will took care of it right away and was so pleasant and businesslike about it. I had my own business and he is the type of young person I would love to have had on my payroll.

Brought my wife's car there for a wash. $20 later there are still bugs attached to the front of the car and the back is still dirty. Most other car washes have attendants do a prewash with a brush or hose. Not here.

It costs more than other places and does not clean your car as well.

I live in Westerly and do my best to support local businesses but I will not go back.

Just pick up my car very disappointed paid a lot of money. Never seen a worse detail job in my life still had grim in the door handles wax still left on the car and the so called manager was not perfessional. Never again.

Brought my brand new Jeep Grand Cherokee- went through and noticed the brushes were spinning extremely fast. Got out they dried it and I went home (less than 5 minutes away) my vehicle is covered in scratches. Ridiculous.

The interior clean package is a great value! They did an amazing job cleaning the inside of my car. And the fact that they also include an outside wash is a bonus!

They were absolutely God sent! I went in with a bitter taste towards people and left with a renewed faith in the goodness of humanity. Great people!

I've brought a couple cars here months apart and they never get clean going through the car wash.
Always spots and dirt left on paint, hood, side view mirrors, bumpers. Even after the towel guys dry it off.
Worse than a touch less car wash. I even did the $17 full wash which is a little pricier than other car washes.
I hate giving it a bad review but the brush configurations just aren't doing the job. Only reason I went was my brother in law said they vacuum which they don't do now thanks to covid. Just wasn't worth the time or the money.

Service has fallen off, attention to detail was there when they first opened but the employees don’t seem to care as much anymore.

First, you should be aware that the prices posted are for an exterior wash only (this is the opposite of how most washes I have been to do it) and they will charge you an extra $20 to vacuum the interior. This puts you at $37 for the top tier wash ($17 for exterior, $20 for interior). I am used to paying ~$21-$25 for the top-tier, full-service car wash.

The cleaning job was less-than-thorough. When I entered the wash, the attendant only bothered to spray the front left quarter panel with soapy water before putting down his hose and waiting for the car to start moving. When I got home and

Sat in the vacuum and window line for 45 minutes with only 3 cars in front of me. There is no reason it should take almost an hour to vacuum out 3 cars, especially with two people working one car at a time. Every time I come here I have to allot at least an hour if I want my car vacuumed out and windows done. Wish this business was as efficient as Submarine Car Wash in Groton. What a waste of time.

The price is a little high but the kids who work here did a good job cleaning the interior of my car. The wait wasn't too long either (I was out of there in 20 minutes).

I try to support local but when you gouge your customers I just can't. All I wanted was a simple wash and undercarriage but apparently you have to buy the most expensive wash in order to get the undercarriage. I gave a 3 dollar tip because I felt bad thinking that no one must tip because of the rip off prices. Then I get someone who whips down my car in 30 seconds and says your good. But I guess if I had to work in the damp cold all day with no one tipping because of the overpriced wash I wouldn't take pride in my work either.
