Came here twice for detailing services. Turned away the first time because they said it was too busy and to come back on a week day. Came back on a week day and they were understaffed. Chose the next service down, which was Gold wash package amd still came home to bug guts remaining all over the front end. And they didnt clean the tires.

I ordered the premium service $30.00 when it was done my car was dirty. I brought it back and showed them and they put it through the wash again. I was upset because the car is only a year old and it wasn't that dirty to begin with. So when I got it after an hour being there I expected a nice clean car. At least they resolved my complaint and cleaned the dirt off it. So just check your car after they clean it. I took pictures but unfortunately it's on my other phone.

So I went to the "Downtown Carwash" which is behind the Bank of America on RT 12 and is run by the same business as the Submarine Car Wash. I have brought all my vehicles to the Submarine Carwash and never had a problem so I figured I would try their new place which was always empty and never had a line like the Submarine Car Wash. The reason it is empty quickly became evident to me. I pulled up and realized that all the prices at this location are 15-20% more than their other location right down the street which tempted me to leave right away, but I didn't. Attempted to get my car washed for the first time here today and although the open sign was not lit up, the garage doors were open and items were outside. Not to mention it was 11:30AM and normal business hours according to the website. Drove around back and the only individual I saw was on their cell phone and slowly paced further away toward the front of the building until they disappeared. Turned my car around and left, guess I'll find somewhere where actual staff are present and not awkwardly trying to avoid me
