Services
The focus is on building individual muscles up in order to make the body stronger as a whole. Each week we target muscle groups that work together synergistically and move to another group the following class. In order to build strength, the body needs to be pushed past perceived limits. Functionality is key!

I wasn't seeing the results I wanted while working out on my own and I didn't like the trainers at my gym. I was looking around and didn't think other gym were I felt like I'd fit in. Due to some old injuries I didn't want to go to large classes so I could focus on not causing further damage and Optimum Fitness seemed to check all the boxes. Erin and Brady are amazing, I love the class sizes and the people who attend the classes. There is a fantastic support dynamic both in working out and on an emotional/mental side. I have lost 10 lbs since and Erin and Brady adjust certain exercises to work

After breaking my foot, I struggled with my old workout routine. I needed something new where I could not only recover but move forward with my fitness goals. I decided to give Erin and Brady at Optimal Fitness a try. I started my journey with them a little over a year ago and it has been the most amazing adventure, not only have I gained strength and endurance but I have found a gym I can call home, my classmates and trainers have become like family. Optimal Fitness provides a warm welcoming family friendly environment where everyone belongs.

Erin is the best! I started virtually training with Erin during COVID. Despite having never met in-person, she takes great care in making sure that she’s giving me a killer workout and that I’m making progress towards my goals. She’s very creative with the equipment I have available at home and is attentive to my needs and how I’m feeling. It’s honestly been a great experience and has gotten me back to building strength! Plus it’s fun!

Erin and team are awesome! Started doing sessions with Erin in preparation for my wedding and I am feeling great. She pushes me to work hard while always making sure I am doing exercises properly and avoiding injuries. You can feel how much Erin and her staff care about their clients. Highly recommend!

I've been going to Optimal Fitness about 4 months now for Bootcamp. Every time I go Erin and Brady are always so encouraging and make it super light hearted with their upbeat attitude~. They push you to limits that your comfortable with and they always have an alternative way of doing things if something is too strenuous for you. The community around this gym is also unmatched by anywhere else I've seen. Its really a supportive place, and I can feel myself getting stronger week by week. Do recommend! :)

My family and I have been attending classes at Optimal for the last 9 months. Erin and Brady are incredible trainers! Their upbeat, friendly personalities will keep you motivated throughout the challenging workouts. They are attentive to everyone in class and will modify the exercise for each individual’s fitness level. The Kids’ Conditioning classes are a great balance of strength, endurance, coordination, and flexibility exercises and games.
