We had a minor leak on the second floor of our house and didn’t know what to do or who to call. We stumbled upon Servpro’s website and read their reviews which were great. We called them around 11pm and spoke with John who took the time to discuss the issue and assured us about our situation. He explained the process and gave us advice on how we can limit any further damage. He gave us the option of sending someone over right away that night or waiting until the morning. We had a water damage late at night, and even though i felt bad for calling so late, the techs showed up within an hour and were very polite and professional. They took great care of my furniture while moving it, and even put it up on little foam blocks. Everyone that has came out to our house to mitigate our leak and water damage has been great. The guys are very friendly and knowledgeable as are the ladies that we’ve met.
