Would email him regarding same question multiple times and never get a response. Would get auto response that he was out of the officer until a certain date and that was two weeks ago. Sent him information multiple times and he would ask for it again. Made inappropriate comments about one party and defended the other while we were all on the same team.
Do not recommend. We have been in the process waiting for 11 months. Took him 3 months to get papers sent out for people to sign and they were wrong and he never sent the correct paperwork just had us sign the incorrect documents and copied and

John was quick, knowledgeable, thorough, and he explained the things I needed to know to navigate our commercial real estate transaction without an agent - saved thousands against normal commision.

Very uninformed on estate litigation issues, and/or great actor. Portrays himself as knowledgeable well. However when challenges arise, expects you to pay for his learning on challenged issues. Later discovered to be found as common knowledge.Bait and switch tactics. Get a second opinion before retaining. Advertises initial consultation at N/C but adds to bill after retention.

John did an outstanding job educating us on the complexities and nuances of making a will. He walked us through all major decisions and determined the best course of action. Additionally, he came to our home on multiple occasions to accommodate our schedules and there were no extra charges for additional time to answer ad hoc questions via e-mail or phone. We highly recommend.

John Waldron handled a long-distance, multi-tiered real estate transaction for me in Minnesota, while I resided in Nevada. His expertise, professionalism, knowledge and prompt attention made this an extremely easy process. I felt confident in his execution and follow up, and we were able to conclude a somewhat complicated purchase & sale within a mere few weeks. His dual focus on real estate, and family trust matters, made this seamless for me.

We had the good fortune to find John Waldron Law Offices to help us set up our Family Trust, Will, Power of Attorney, and Health Directives. John Waldron was thoughtful, professional, and extremely thorough. He provided excellent advice on how to accomplish what my family wanted to do by spending time understanding our individual situation and unique needs. He made my family feel like a priority and was very quick with his turn around time and overall communication. We felt that the price he charged was extremely reasonable, given the range of documents that we ultimately chose to obtain. I would
