Services
Our dental practice began in August of 2006. After graduating from The Ohio State College of Dentistry, Dr. Lewis began building his practice by sharing office space with his good friend and colleague Dr. Jon Frank. Our initial days and hours of operation were Monday and Friday 8-5, and every other Saturday from 8-3.
Digital x-rays are used to examine the teeth, gums and jaw and detect tooth decay, impacted teeth, and bite problems. Our licensed dental hygienists remove tartar and plaque from your teeth, especially from places where your brush can't reach, such as underneath the gum line and between teeth. They teach you the proper way to brush and floss to ensure long-lasting oral health.
Dr. Lewis grew up in nearby Taylorsville, Utah where he attended Taylorsville High School. After graduating high school, he attended Snow College on a baseball scholarship before serving a mission for The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints in Guatemala. Upon returning, he continued his education, and baseball opportunities, at the University of Utah where he pitched for the Runnin' Utes and studied Behavioral Science and Health.
A. The American Dental Association (ADA) recommends visiting a dentist at least twice a year for a check-up and a professional cleaning. Our office also recommends a minimum of two visits per year. A. Please call our office as soon as you determine that you have a dental emergency. If you have a dental emergency during regular business hours, we will be glad to work you into our schedule.

Everything about Sage Creek Dental is fantastic. The front office ladies are very kind, the hygienists are gentle while cleaning your teeth and Dr Lewis is very knowledgeable and very fun. I've been to a few different dentists in the past, but this place is the best! I highly recommend it to everybody. They are great with kids too. My little kids love going to the dentist because they are so great!

Dr. Lewis and his staff are absolutely amazing. I have always had high anxiety with dental visits, Dr. Lewis and his staff are so welcoming and fun it helps ease my anxiety significantly. My 8 year old son inherited my dental anxiety. When he recently had to have some cavities filled they went above and beyond to make him comfortable and confident in what was happening. If you are in need a good family dentist look no further!

Dr. Lewis sees my whole family. He is so kind and patient. I have anxiety and my visits are always great and relaxing. The dental assistants are all so wonderful as well. My 2 year old just had his first visit and he was able to go through the xray and cleaning all by himself and he wasn't scared at all. I haven't been to a dentist where the staff and dentist was so patient and caring to everyone. Been going here for a few years now.

Wonderful dentist! I was recommended this office by a friend. They were honest and upfront with me. Dr Lewis was so nice to talk to and answered all my questions. I had two cavities fixed everything was completely pain free and was so well done. Prices were affordable even without insurance. You will be in great hands at this office!

Dr. Lewis and his staff are friendly and personable. They are very gentle and thorough in their care and accommodating for random schedules (we usually go on Saturday so I don't have to miss work). My kids love going to this dentist. Their new office is clean and state-of-the-art. You can always count on Dr. Lewis to greet you with a warm, friendly smile. Highly recommended.
