supposed to have a 10am pick up they showed at 1130!
when i called 3 times the guy was screaming into the phone he has no idea they are busy and hung up on me 3x. very unprofessional. bunch of dirt bags dont use !! better off paying more for a reliable car service !!!!

My daughter uses this taxi service exclusively when her and her friends go out to Huntington village on the weekends. When they use them I know she gets a fair price and a quality driver every time. Is Merrick Taxi and Airport Service more expensive than uber? Yes. With other taxis you get sketchy characters and broken down cars and with Merrick Taxi and Airport Service you get consummate professionals with clean cars and proper service. Tree choice is simple!

I need a ride from my home on Jerusalem Avenue Merrick to a concert at the paramount so I called the closest taxi, which happens to be Merrick Taxi and Airport Service. They were on time and very professional. The ride there was so great I called for a ride home at the end of the show. My driver Jerry was funny and knowledgeable and Robert on the return side was equally great. This is the taxi service I will use from here on in. Goodbye uber and Lyft. Local cabs all the way. They really left a great impression on my friends and I!

Today was my first time utilizing this service. Good ride. A little bit behind schedule but that was my fault. Decent driver. Price was higher than uber but i guess the quality is better

Excellent service. I used them 3 times this year for airport transportation and they were always on time or a little bit early. I always get a text message when i land that the driver's the at the airport waiting for me. Merrick taxi is totally worth the extra few bucks you'll pay over yellow cab or uber. Phone answerer sounds like a pirate. Bottom line I get where I need to go in a conveniently timely manner.

I booked a ride at 4am, the driver was there at 408am. A little late but acceptable. The dispatcher then calls me to tell me he took $15 of the bill which I greatly appreciated. Driver was nice and car was clean. The lateness took off one star but everything else made up for that. I will book them on the way home a

There is only one great taxi company in Merrick NY and this is it. When the drivers pick me up at my house at the crack of dawn to take me to the airport they always show up 15 minutes early have bottled water in the car and let me listen to my favorite music via the media cable. When I get to the airport I know exactly what the price is going to be because all the rates are flat unlike illegal Uber where they fluctuate based on the time that you need your service
