Dawson Taxi & Airport Transportation

I was picked up by a gentleman whom I had the impression, was either a manager, or owner. Extremely helpful with my packages. Took almost all of them for me. Very pleasant conversation, clean and fresh car, and when ride ended was about to carry ALL my groceries (there were quite a few bags) up to my 2nd floor apartment. At the conclusion of the trip, gave me his business card and suggested to call him directly when a ride was needed. Based on all of these facts I can honestly say that he will be getting MY business in the future

The man on the phone was not nice abd rudy .. didnt want to send a taxi to me to pick me up ... tells me no.it would be a waste of time and wasring gas .. i find that to be not good business. Im.calling to used ur taxi to take me home .. that man wasnt professional on the phone ....

Terrible never again. Unreliable and no apology. Made reservations the night before to jfk for me plus 2 for early flight. Even confirmed again. I called 5 minutes before pickup "on his way." After being five minutes late I was told they were on their way after another stop. And that my reservation was only for one person. I had to make a mad dash to airport with my own car and park in long term parking. Do not use of your need a reliable ride Would give zero stars, if possible.

Me and my brothers visited NY last month. We were nervous about unknown area. But we hired Dawson taxi for our visit.We heard its services at local area so we gonna decide to utilize them once. And we got more then our acceptation and really appreciate driver's friendly nature.

It was a great experience with Dawson taxi service. The car was very well maintained and clean. Also the AC was very effective throughout the journey. The driver was very cooperative which is quite essential when you are traveling with a kid.

My husband called Dawson the day before our flight to schedule a 6am pickup. He had a long conversation with them about how we have 4 suitcases and 4 people, including 2 car seats. The taxi arrived 10 minutes late, and was a SMALL minivan. They had to call for another taxi because we could not all fit. We ended up leaving 20 minutes later than our scheduled pick up.
My in laws had been loyal Dawson customers. No more for us.

I emailed to reserve Dawson taxi for my small visit for hotel to timely reach for business meeting. I was confirmed promptly by text and email from Dawson. Staff was occupational and well knowledge will utilize them again for next visit. highly recommended !

5 months later and this taxi company is still the worst taxi I've ever taken. It's mainly the dispatchers, the drivers are cool and I usually tip when I can. But the dispatcher is basically the voice of the company and both the male and female dispatchers should be fired...
This taxi company is the worst taxi company in L.I in my experience. 9 out of 10 times when i use they service, i end up being late. The dispatchers are very rude especially the female dispatcher. They would say the taxi is 10 mins away, 20 mins later its still not there and you call back,they give you attitude. I wouldnt recommend

I have been using this service to get to and from Physical Therapy 3 times a week with no issues since the beginning of March until, April 6. I called to be picked up and the taxi never came, I had to call twice until a cab finally showed up. Then again on April 7, 2016, nobody showed up to me up and when I called to inquire about it, I was rudely advised that a taxi was already sent, and they will not send another one and was hung up on. I called back and told them that I've been using their services almost every day, so I was told that a lot of people call everyday! Bottom line, THE DISPATCHERS

If I can give this company 0 stars I absolutely would! On three separate occasions I have called this company and the lady on the phone who is absolutely rude by the way says it will be there in 10 minutes. Each time I immediately go outside to wait for the cab......... 30 minutes later I call her back and she says the same thing each time. The cab came and left and I can't send another. Keep in mind I know for a fact that no cab came to my house because I was outside each time. Anyways, I called her out on it and she cursed me out!! Absolutely absurd!!! Do NOT use this company if you actually
