This phase includes constant monitoring and close interaction with client, architect and project engineers to determine scope of work and budget. We keep an eye on budgets to ensure lowest cost for the best possible product. We work closely with the architect, design team and city and or county to create your vision.
A large part of our business is in the commercial real estate sector office spaces hotels, churches and retail/parking with living spaces above. We focus on the importance of creating a positive relationships to help build beautiful and functional investments. We seriously take into account that many of these projects must take place while the business remains open and to complete within a sound timeframe.
