Services
The white oak tree is beautiful, nourishing and strong. In the wild it can grow up to 100 feet tall with a trunk four feet across and a massive, broad-topped canopy. Its acorns and leaves provide food for all kinds of woodland animals. It gives back to its environment. The wood of the white oak resists water and rot and is often used in shipbuilding or to make barrels for wine and whiskey.
Founded in 1997, White Oak Construction has constructed hundreds of projects in the Willamette Valley. Fostering a true team atmosphere, WOC has established long-term relationships with clients, architects, engineers and subcontractors to provide general contractor services, construction management, design build, budgeting, feasibility studies and consultant services for all types of commercial projects.
We are so pleased with the recent remodel work White Oak Construction did to our building at Helping Hands. They were all very personable and did an incredible job cleaning up after the work was done. The Oregon Department of Fish and Wildlife facility was a true "fast track" project. The completion schedule was extremely tight and included the added difficulty of working through winter conditions.
History: This location was constructed in the early 1990's by a division of Mitsubishi (Sumco) to manufacture/fabricate silicon wafer chips for the computer industry. The buildings were built to the most advanced manufacturing standards of that time. Each location had multiple clean rooms, advanced air and water filtration, Cost of original construction is estimated to be $700SF.
