As a child, I began my martial arts journey and the positive impact it had on my life was remarkable. This is not your average Taekwondo school. It is a fun and structured environment for kids and adults! Your child will not only learn self-defense but also respect, discipline, and gain confidence! Sparks is a family oriented school. My son has been taking classes for the past 3 years and enjoys each and every class still! Master Jef and Miss Amy are amazing and ensure everyone is welcome, safe, and comfortable! If you are looking for an activity for your child or yourself, definately visit Sparks!

Our son has been with sparks taekwondo for more than 3 years now and i've seen his growth far more than i imagined. he has not only learned taekwondo, he also learned self discpline, respect, and determination.
it's amazing how master jef is able to instill values on the kids while making it fun. the kids enjoy each other as they are molded to be better individuals.

We love it here at Sparks. I have 2 boys and we have been here for over 4 years now. In the beginning I just wanted the boys to learn self defense and increase their confidence. They obviously did that plus more. They learned leadership skills, self discipline and hard work. We also compete locally, statewide, nationals and world. This studio has sent a few athletes to represent USA on international competitions. Master Jef is great with all the kids in different levels. Whether you are looking for an after school program or competitive sport, Sparks is the place to be.

Our family moved from Riverside to train with Master Jef at Sparks Taekwondo. We made the move about a year ago March 2020 and it has been great! They made the transition very easy and welcomed us with open arms. Our boys are so happy training and competing with Sparks Taekwondo. Amazing studio and amazing people!!

My oldest son has been taking classes here for almost 2 years and he loves it. This studio is more than just a place to learn martial arts, it is a community and my son has made friends here that he looks forward to seeing, not just in class, but at the picnics, movie nights and holiday parties. Because of Master Jef's commitment to community building, my son knows all of the kids in the studio and you can see the relationships that have been built in this amazing school.

Sparks taekwondo... there isn't enough words to explain how amazing master Jef is with our kids. His time, effort, and dedication pays off for our kids. You can really see the difference with the kids from start to finish and continuing. Sparks TKD is a great place to start your kids off with such great family, friends, and team support.

Master Jeff is BEYOND amazing. Friendly, firm... yet patient. FUN, creative and such a kind man.
This was our first "sport" when we moved to this area 15 months ago. I could not encourage you more to attend his classes. It's also such a COMMUNITY. You feel like you are with family when you are there. ❤

My son has been doing Taekwondo since he was 4 1/2 years old. At the beginning it was all fun and with a mixture of discipline. It helped him enhance listening skills and take directions which didn't develop overnight. Discipline starts from home and it helps to have Master Jef (our Taekwondo Master) as our partner in molding our son to a respectable and responsible, soon to be, teenager. Master Jef has provided windows of opportunity in regards to advancing my son to National and International Competition level which a lot of the masters don't do since it is time consuming and takes

My 5 year old son, Adrian has been going here for a couple weeks now. What a special place! Master Jeff truly has a way with kids. Adrian is really thriving in class. He is learning discipline and coordination which a great thing for his age. Highly recommend Sparks if you're looking to get into Martial Arts.

My four year old breaking a board with ease. The confidence my child has learned at Sparks has increased dramatically in such a short period of time. Master Jeff is very dedicated and it sparks my sons interest. Never once has master Jeff sent my child back to my for disruptive behavior not have I seen him send anyone back. Instead he is able to engage all students (even if the child is out of focus( as most four year old a are)) overall thIs has been a great experience for us in such a short amount of time.
