Flown through here hundreds of times throughout the years —
Got the iconic PDX carpet and a very easy layout to the gates. I’ve also noticed more and more improvements, adding vendors and classic Portland food places to the food options, it’s great! Elephants Deli, Lardo, Blue Star and Portland Coffee Roasters to name a few!
My favorite part may be the little movie theater playing indie films by local filmmakers. It’s quieter and calm in there so I’d stick around if you have time to spend!

Probably the best and most friendly airport I have yet to travel through. Portland is home, but I rarely fly, and every time I have it has been an amazing experience! Everyone there is super helpful and generous, including TSA employees... Not to mention the airport is very beautiful compared to others in my opinion!

I've lived in Oregon in the Portland area for a good while. Being back after so long though this PDX airport still shines bright with it's green classic carpet that greets you, musicians of all sorts, and a stern friendly security. Thanks for making my trips and my wifes at ease. Keep on keeping on.
