These guys are the absolute best!!!
Always polite, on time, and ready-to-go, and this proved true when arriving in Portland at 2 am....and after a 3 hour delay.
A week later I scheduled a 4 am pick-up for a 6 am departure and again polite, on time, and ready-to-go!
I look forward to scheduling these guys each time I go in-n-out of Portland.

Mr Kochar Algaff has transported us many times to and from trips to the airport. No matter how early (6am) or how much traffic, he is always courteous and professional. His car is spotless, always stocked with Kleenex, and water. No music blaring ever. A comforting lift to and from PDX. He's the best!

I would have given this service 5 stars had the second leg of my trip not been so scary. First I was impressed to receive a text message from the driver the night before my return to the airport to say we will see you at 8am. The driver arrived at 7am with no warning, very pleasant, asked if I remembered my charger, wallet, phone etc before we pulled away. But as we started driving he's yawning and can barely keep his eyes open to the point that I wanted to ask him if I could drive myself to the airport. He then asks if I wanted to stop for coffee and I said no but he could stop if he needed

I was unfamiliar with the area and needed a ride to the airport. Found USA Shuttle on the web. The ride was just under an hour (Newberg to PDX). Algaff picked me up on time and delivered me safely in Monday morning traffic. The shuttle was clean and well maintained. They service most of Northern Oregon. Great job! Highly recommend.

Great Service. I have used this service a number of times and they're great!
On time, vehicles are super clean, great drivers, very professional. Being a woman traveling alone, I felt very safe and well taken care of. I have also used this service for my 96 yr old mother who travels from Portland to California to see us. Again EXCELLENT! Wan't say enough good things about them...they are are GO TO now!

Excellent service. Good communication throughout. Contacted us the day before pickup to confirm and make sure everything was correct. Arrived a few minutes early, which was perfect. Helped us load ourselves, 3 pieces of luggage, 2 cats and a German Shepherd in a large crate quickly and efficiently. Very friendly and professional driver. Will definitely use them again.

Can't say I would recommend this service. Our driver to the airport was pleasant enough but seemed to be having trouble staying awake and maintaining his lane. He did however drive a reasonable speed. our driver from the airport was abrupt in personality and drove like he was on the autobahn. However on the autobahn they don't typically change lanes every 5 seconds. I'd really rather get home without getting into an accident than to get home at the speed of sound.

USA Shuttle and Dehat were very nice to work with! We had a big conference at the University of Oregon with people arriving from all over the world - so you can imagine the number of delays and flight changes we had to deal with. USA Shuttle and Dehat rolled with the punches the entire way and made sure everyone arrived at the conference on time. Will definitely be using them for future travel needs!

Amazing service! I would utilize them again for future travels. A lot cheaper than Uber and you don't have to leave your car at the airport and pay the parking fee. Qasim was awesome. He arrived early to my home, called and text to let me know he had arrived. Very friendly service. I would recommend to anyone!

I have used USA Airport Shuttle Service for almost 10 years. Their prices are competitive and their service is excellent. They always arrive early to take us to the airport and are always there when we return. They are aware of our flight numbers and monitor them so we don't have to worry if they will be there on our return trip, even if the flight is delayed. As soon as we land they send us a text so I know exactly where they are.
On our last trip, 01/27/20, We were picked up by Dereen. He was very helpful and courteous and did an excellent job in driving us home to Tigard in heavy rain and road

We used USA Airport Shuttle for both our departure and arrival into PDX, and it was a 5-star experience both ways. Our driver was on-time both for the departure and the arrival, and he even came into baggage claim to help us with our bags (with the bag cart ready). We have three kids under 8 so it was a huge help and a great way for us to end a cross-country trip from the East Coast. We absolutely recommend this service. Thanks!

Last month we had a last minute request to have someone take a van full of conference-goers go from the Resort at the Mountain on Mt. Hood to PDX and the driver was courteous and helpful and even made a last minute extra stop to three passengers who needed to get downtown. Thanks so much for the good service on October 15.

Typically we rent a car before our trip, but didn't get around to it this time. We had friends to shuttle us around, but on the day before it was time to leave for the airport we couldn't rent a car because there were none available. We took a chance and called USA Airport Shuttle Service. They were fantastic at communicating with us. Our driver was Dehat, he was prompt, actually a few minutes early and a very good driver. The night before he sent us an email and asked if he could arrive 15 minutes earlier than scheduled, I'm assuming because he had heard there would be a lot of fog the next morning

Great service! Right on time for pick up both to & from airport. We had a large group & they accommodated all of us w/2 vans. We provided our destination & they had our house address preloaded which allowed for a totally relaxing transportation. I will definitely use them again & would recommend to anyone needing a hassle free ride. They bill similar to Uber so we didn't have to hassle with payment & tip. They even took all of our bags up to the door. :0)

I had an outstanding experience today with Dereen! He was early and found my apartment entrance which is not easy to find. The van was immaculate and he was super courteous and cautious. It was sleeting this morning so it instilled confidence that I would make it to the airport safety from Gresham. Reassuring me he had studded tires with all wheel drive certainly added to ease my mind. I highly recommend USA Airport Shuttle!

Very friendly staff. My first few trips were great. Unfortunately, for my last reservation, their driver didn't show up to pick me up. After multiple attempts to call and text, I was going to be late for my flight so I ended up taking my own car to the airport. Not sure what happened but all I received was a simply text apologizing. No call, not anything beyond a text. Quite disappointed and won't be using USA shuttle again.

I have been using this company for about 3 years and couldn't be happier. They are always on time, always helpful and courteous, cars are sparkling clean, they drive safely. My one request would be for them to use waze, so they can identify the best route.
I also am loyal to this company because most of the staff are Iraqi, Persian, etc, and it's clear that they provide jobs to immigrants and refugees. That's exactly where I want my money to go!

I use USA Airport Shuttle service every time I come to Portland. I have always received excellent service. I particularly like that they are always on time. Sometimes they are even early and wait in front of my home until the arranged pick-up time, which really reduces stress for me because I always get nervous before I have to fly and worry about being on time for my flight. I really appreciate their reliability.
The drivers are always professional and pleasant. The last driver I had was named Ali, and he was excellent, as were all the other drivers I have had.

FANTASTIC. The driver was on time, early actually. He called ahead and was extremely polite and friendly. The shuttle was clean and bottled water was available. Love that!
I always worry on a travel/airport day, but I could not have been happier with the on time service. I would definitely recommend them and will use them again next time we're in the PDX area.

I used USA Airport Shuttle's online reservation system @ 8 PM one night requesting to be picked up at my house at 4:15 AM the next morning. All went well on the net. When I was finished filling in all their requested info, I clicked "submit." I was greeted with a thank you confirmation of reservation
