Dr. Susan Bracker, DDS has over 20 years of experience as a General Dentist. Graduating from the College of Dentistry at the University of Illinois. Dr. Bracker went on to finish a one year dental residency at the Illinois Masonic Hospital in Chicago. In an effort to provide her patients with the best dental care possible, Dr. Bracker was involved in comprehensive dental care involving dentistry.

She scheduled me for a filling and we went on our way. I waited 1.5hr before the filling even started. I have no idea how all these 5 star reviewers are okay with spending 3 hours waiting on and off for one procedure. She books 4 chairs at a time. Absolutely insane. I ended up getting 5 Novacaine shots since I waited so long. Cassie was super kind and my cleaning went well besides waiting forever for an exam. The best way to get seen sooner is to literally just leave. Apparently, other patients who referred me told me to just leave if she takes too long. She won’t make you wait the next time

I’m leaving this review because a job posting listed for a receptionist at this practice was unprofessional and borderline insulting. The job listing was rife with spelling, grammar, and punctuation errors while at the same time saying things like “leave personal issues at home” and that pay would be dependent on the “maturity” of the candidate. The job listing also says they are “urgently hiring”. It’s obvious how this employer feels about their employees before they’re even hired so it doesn’t surprise me that they are having trouble staffing. And if they don’t respect their

From the minute I was able to get a last minute appointment to when I walked in, the staff was so polite, friendly, and helpful. My teeth cleaning did not feel rushed and they checked on me often during to make sure I was not uncomfortable. Any questions I had there were able to answer and provide additional information. So happy I chose this place!

She's a scam artist she told me I needed fillings did the fillings then I needed a root canal and then it was antibiotics antibiotics antibiotics.(I'm allergic to penicillin so I didn't have many choices she put me on 4 different antibiotics I was severely sick with stomach pains because I was on so many antibiotics it killed all my good bacteria )She never told me that the wisdom tooth was the main problem and she just kept stringing me along and charging me for visits. It had been a few years since I went to the dentist. I had broken a tooth and was referred to Dr Bracker by a coworker.
The appt was setup quickly and the service was great - had to do a crown. But then I was told I have 6 other cavities and probably 2 of them will ALSO have to be crowns.
I am looking for a second opinion on that - sounds like a money grab.

Do not go to Dr. Bracker. I never had a cavity before visiting Dr. Bracker. All of a sudden I had cavities every 6 months. I would arrive for my appointment, get numbed, wait 30 min, get numbed again and then still could feel the drill but she didn't care. Charged me extra for extra novocaine! On my 3rd cavity diagnosis, I got a second opinion. Surprise! No cavity. It has been over a year and I still don't have that cavity. She is shady, unethical and untalented. I do not understand how she still has a license to practice dentistry.
