I am so impressed with this place. I was looking at a used car from a lot in Longmont and had to set up a pre purchase inspection quickly. They got me right in, got right to it and one hour later, had a very thorough report ready. Far beyond what I've gotten elsewhere for the same thing. Had to wait in the waiting room and it was clean and quiet. The guys who came in respectfully put on a mask because I had one on. Big thumbs up!

They made it seem as though determining what was wrong with my car was a “complimentary” service then they charged me $80 for that. Their estimated cost of repair was about $1400 for a crankshaft bolt extraction (about 670 in labor, 750 in parts) for a service that had a “25% of working.” My dad is experienced with fixing cars and was able to spend aboit $200 on parts and fix the car within 2 days.

I really trust this shop to treat me and my car well. This time I went in for an oil change and had a few other minor questions. They always check everything over in the car, even when I just do an oil change. Then they send a written inspection report with pictures of things they’ve noted (for example, pictures of a dirty air filter). After I get the report I usually call them to discuss what they’ve found and they give good explanations and help me decide what to do. I am very happy with BG and will continue to take my Subaru to them.

Amazing service! They could fit in my car the day I called them (a Friday), called me that day with the assessment/what they'd need to order/cost estimate, and had the parts in by Monday! They did the work on my car so quickly and even ended up under the cost estimate. They communicated with me each day and explained the whole process to me. Will definitely be returning here for any problems my car has!

Was new to the area and needed a new mechanic to work on my 4runner. I found BG automotive had some good reviews and multiple shops and they were down the st from me, so I decided to give them a go. Ethan the service manager was nice kind and welcoming when I dropped the car off. He listened and noted all my concerns and suggestions/troubleshooting I had done and told me they would get back to me that afternoon. I received a text with a link that was full of pictures and a full diagnostic of my car which was very helpful and informative of everything that was ok and what needed to be addressed

Greg was such a great person to work with! This is the FIRST shop that has given me such a detailed report on what's going on with my car. Lots of pictures of problem spots, and they even have a towing service! When I needed to pick up my car, I was picked up by a BG associate and dropped off at my car. I'm already referring this place to my friends and I'm definitely coming back for future services. Thank you so much for getting my car up and running again!

It is about time that I leave a review for BG Automotive. I have been going to this location long ago when it was owned by Nice Car Subaru. I continue to go now that it is owned by a fellow high school classmate.
To share about my loyalty. I literally had my car on the racks at a corporate chain tire shop as I was getting new tires put on. An hour later I was going to get my oil changed at BG Automotive. The tire shop offered to do the change right then and there so that I can just move along the day and save an hour or so of time and maybe save a few bucks.
I declined because BG has been spot

My experience with servicing my car at BG Automotive (located on Riverside Street) is considered excellent. I felt my car received detailed, professional maintenance and repair...and, the customer service was "refreshing "...sensitive attention to the needs of the customer is highly regarded. My story actually begins at the total and inept handling of this same issue thru who we will only refer to as "the GMC dealership in Fort Collins". I had picked my vehicle up from them in disgust of this dealership. I then spoke with BG automotive about my dilemma. Shared with them the "dealership" opinion of 2 sensors (not related to issue) needed replacement and they assured me they could locate the issue. My contact with them was always pleasant. All of the personnel were knowledgeable and eager to assist. Customer service is such a dying art in society now but I can say that commitment to customers

Came here for a post road trip check up on my new subie, professional and super friendly front desk staff. They did a thorough job and they were pretty damn quick too, price was competitive, and I’m glad I chose them after hearing the good reviews over some shady mechanic. They also were very transparent, they took pictures of everything that I needed replaced, and walked me through the trouble I was having with my tires. Great experience, will definitely be coming here for my WRX for the foreseeable future.

These guys keep me on the road. They are knowledgeable, competent,, friendly and easy to work with. I love the fact that without any pressure they let me know what else needs to be done soon or down the road so I can plan. I have never had a single issue with anything they have worked on. Great service, great attitude. These guys saved my butt. My Jeep Wagoneer that looks super cool and works not as great as it looks broke down, in traffic, super awesome. I had never used BG before. I thought I was on the right track when my tow driver said "yes, BG is a great shop, good choice." Michael and Johnny squeezed me into their busy schedule and got me back on the road. My car blew the exhaust gasket and I went to change it. 2 bolts in the turbo were seized and snapped. I then took my turbo to a machine shop and they attempted to fix it but were unsuccessful. Multiple mechanic shops in town had turned me down and then I found B&G.
Mike and Levi took a look at it and said will get it done. They communicated through the process and got it handled for me at a very fair price. I will definitely be going back to them and highly recommend them for anybody who hasn't heard about them. These are some solid guys! Thanks again.

Had a burnt out headlight. The Chevy service center would have charged $85 to replace it & taken 60-90 minutes. BG saw me the same afternoon, fixed the problem in 20 minutes flat, and charged me less than half of that. (Originally, they were going to give it to me for free because they couldn't find the price of the bulb they'd installed! But I insisted they take *something*, especially given what I had almost paid at the dealership.)

I had my car towed in on A Friday afternoon when my car wouldn't start, and within two hours had my car back, very reasonably! Todd provided great service and was very reassuring. The service was quick and professional, and I was very happy to have my car back the same day, instead of having to wait without it over the weekend! It's great to know of a dependable Toyota shop in Longmont!
