This shop was a great find! Having a breakdown on the road is never a good time, but trying to find a shop that you feel good about can be a nightmare.
They took good care of us, and completely understood our circumstances. They got us back on the road very quickly and were so kind.
Mandy at the front office even checked to make sure we got home okay.

I am a first-time customer for ASR Automotive in Fort Collins and my experience was excellent from start to finish. The staff was very friendly yet respectful and they quickly provided me with estimates for the work to be done at a price that was very reasonable when compared to estimates from other shops in the area. They were able to schedule and perform the work quickly. All the work was done on-time and my vehicle is now driving smoothly and quietly again. Definitely recommend this business and will be going back when I need repairs in the future.

These guys were great. Another big mechanic in town gave me a long list of repairs needing done on my vehicle without much explanation and really high prices. ASR gave me a second opinion and were great. They did it quickly, were incredibly easy to communicate with, zero pressure, and beat every single one of the other prices, almost cutting some of them in half. On top of it all, they did all of the work that same day and charged me even less than their initial estimate. Can’t recommend them enough!

I was looking for a good shop to do some minor safety repairs on a car my buddy bought for his daughter. It was cheap and probably not worth the money. ASR got us hooked up with some repairs that would get it on the road and safe enough to drive and she can slowly address the other issues individually. Very good crew out there and I highly recommend their business.

I went through Ft. Collins today from Colorado Springs on the way to Wyoming, and when I got a call from my brother telling me I better check my oil because there was quite a puddle on the driveway from my truck, I was mildly worried about actually being able to handle this problem on the road. ASR was luckily the first call I made. They went ABOVE AND BEYOND to help me. Came to my truck and immediately checked to see what the problem was (a loose filter). Proceeded to answer all questions I had without making me feel dumb. I lost my papa two days ago, and this shop treated me exactly how he would’ve

I never leave reviews but I am so impressed by ASR, I feel compelled to. My parents have taken their vehicles here and always have positive things to say, so I decided to give them a try, and I am incredibly impressed. They could have very well sold me a service I didn't need, but they took the time to research with my vehicle's manufacturer. Which ended up with them not selling me anything. And even after an hour of checking on that and inspecting the front end for me, they still did not charge me anything for their time. This is truly an honest automotive shop and they have earned my loyalty

Serpentine belt on my Fiesta needed replacing and led to a new water pump as well. I was totally impressed by the level of service at ASR. Excellent communication by phone, text and photos on a busy Monday. My car was done by the afternoon, and is still purring along after a week. Fantastic job ASR.

Very friendly and knowledgeable people. Took my car in for an air conditioning service and diagnosis. They were very helpful in pinpointing the reason my ac compressor clutch would not kick on (a relay module) and saved me a lot of time and trouble and gave me peace of mind knowing the other components of my ac system are in good working order and the system has been properly evacuated and recharged. They also offer a great warranty on their work.
