Master inspector, Jason, thoroughly answered our questions and stayed on our new property as long as we needed. This was a pre-drywall inspection and he noticed several deficiencies with a very reputable builder. Jason saved us thousands of dollars in future builder error repairs. Very personable too. He was insightful on previous issues that needed to be brought up within the report as well so that my home could continue to be too notch going forward. I appreciate the skillful nature of both setting up the appointment and the actual inspection. Everything was explained in detail and coordinated quickly. I had LoneStar inspect my roof 2 years ago and after all this hail and thunderstorm I had them come out again. As before, they were on time, assessed the roof condition, went over the findings, told me of other unrelated issues they came across, and had the report to me same day.
