Definitely 5 plus plus stars! I would definitely use again and will recommend to others. The inspection was thorough and the inspector found and explained all the deficiencies. He was knowledgeable and answered all of my questions. He answered questions that I could not resolve from the Internet. I now have a "peace of mind." So, money well spent on protecting my biggest investment.

My 1 year warranty on my home was almost up and I had a feeling I needed to get an inspection done. Being a first time home buyer, I didn’t know what the hell I was doing. A neighbor recommended Shawn to me and I contacted him to inspect my house and I am glad I used him. He was very ‘picky’ as that was exactly what I needed as a first time home buyer. He broke down the report to the simplest of form so that I could understand what the builder was expected to fix. You can never go wrong with Shawn. Great guy!!

Shawn is also approachable and willing to answer any questions you may have regarding the inspection and will also follow up with you after the inspection is complete.
