Chris took my urgent call and solved a networking problem created by the printer vendor. He advised me to purchase a Ethernet connector that solved the problem completely and even sent me the Best Buy web listing to make purchasing the equipment seemless. These guys are AMAZING! I am sure many of you know it can be hard to get an IT company to respond quickly. These guys are on top of it. They take care of our issues quickly and actually fix the problems so we do not have them again. If they cannot remote in and fix it right away, they are knocking on our office door within 30 min. When you get this kind of quality service and for an amazing monthly flat rate, you CANNOT BEAT IT!
