Attorney David Wood is a native of Decatur, Georgia. After graduating from Morehouse College with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Mathematics, David taught high school mathematics before enrolling in the University of Tennessee College of Law in Knoxville Tennessee. David focused his areas of study on Real Estate, Trial Practice and Wills and Estate Planning.
Attorney David Wood is here to provide the highest level of representation possible to achieve the best outcome. In other words, you don't pay unless we win your case. Our fees are taken as a percentage of your recovery. After a serious accident, you may have difficulty managing medical expenses, hospitalization fees, missed wages, and other costs.

My husband and I contacted Maureen Wood Law Firm for our child support modification case. Maureen Wood did an excellent job handling our paperwork and communicating with us through email. We went into court yesterday and my husbands ex wife told multiple lies to the judge and things seem to start going her way. When Maureen cross examined her the ex got angry. I had a 10 am appointment with Maureen Wood on 4/17/2015 at her office. She was a no show. No one was at the office or answered the phone. My time is equally as important as hers. It would have been professional to call me and communicate that she was running late if she remembered the meeting. Needless to say, this firm has lost a client forever and my positive refers.
