If I could score zero stars I would. Prior to GLM, I was with another insurance agency and my agent Bonnie for nearly 15 years, and had no issues whatsoever. That insurance agency phased out its auto policies (and eventually its homeowners polices), and my agent began working at GLM. So naturally, I moved my polices there. What a huge mistake! Unfortunately, first, I had issues with my insurance company posting my payments timely (auto and homeowners), whether I paid online on time or not. We've been with GLM for years and don't plan on going anywhere else. They've had all of our policies (home, car, boat, motorcycle) over the years. The people are friendly, really responsive and very helpful. Whenever renewal time comes around each year, they are always good to make sure the premiums are reasonable and the coverage is more than adequate.

They have been wonderful to me here at GLM. I have all my insurance business with them and I have all of my mothers insurance business with them. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable. They are always looking to save you money and have you covered. I can't say enough good thing about them. You hope to never have to use the insurance you buy but it's good to know you have the best if something happens and you need it!

GLM is the best agency we have worked with!They made sure we had all the proper Auto and home coverages after we were unhappy with our previous insurance company whom we were insured with when we had a home fire.
